I'm planning on taking it slow with injections spaced 1-2 weeks apart. I've been following this thread from day one, I've had the supplies since Jan of this year, but could never work up the nerve to go through with it. A small update the left one is angry at me he aches whenever I move but the right one is being a real trooper and not causing me much grief. It's prolly the difference in dosages. I may see about getting a small camcorder or something to record my progress, but it'll have to mount on a tripod or something because I need both hands to do the injections

And how does anyone know that your for real or just posting insane shit? When someone hurts or kills themselves trying to self castrate themselves how about that?

For transexual folks there are pretty straightforward and safe ways to dial down testosterone with drugs and surgery. WHY doing this????

Well in my case, it was kinda a matter of financial inability. I can't afford several thousand dollars to go through the process of obtaining the letters & then the surgery. The meds are ok, but they are not a permanent solution to the problem, not to mention spiro has me peeing all day long . I knew for a long time that I would eventually seek out to destroy the testicles myself. This came at the conclusion of several years of anguish over my situation, the fear of other methods and the ease of this method. I won't lie, I've considered doing the surgery myself, but was able to keep myself from doing something so radical, then I considered the banding route but after hearing the horror stories involved in that I opted against it, then I was going to try the burdizzo method, but I couldn't muster the strength or overcome the pain to close the jaws fully, finally this method dawned on me, I purchased the supplies in Jan of this year, but could not bring myself to do the deed until today. And even though they're aching I'm very happy with myself for finally doing something about my situation before I ended up killing myself. With them on their way to their demise, I figure I'll put some time between their death and the doctor visit and hopefully my insurance will cover their removal.

As one who has done a series of 11 injections over a three-month period and reading others' feedback on this topic, I'm not all that convinced that this limited number of shots will necessarily reduce one's T to castrate levels. It has permanently lowered my libido significantly but not to the degree when I was on Siterone. For me, I'm satisfied with the results and my testicles are now too small for more injections anyway. It remains up to the individual to determine the risks involved for themself and not take anyone else's word for it. For me, I felt that it was a risk worth taking and I'm glad that I did.

In a way I agree with Mr T.

The safest way to reduce Testosterone (by castration or chemically) is to do it under a doctors supervision.

Any other method carries risks and dangers.

Just a small update, I was a little restless on day one, so it took me an extra 3 hours to fall asleep from my normal bedtime, woke up, and there's no discomfort.
