Trust me you will have penile shrinkage if your testicles are removed. You may not lose that much length but you may lose 2 - 3 inches.

Penile shrinkage following castration may depend on whether or not you undertake an androgen regime. I have, and one of the results was penile growth of ~1" in length to 6.5" (just length though; my cock remains fairly thin at about 4.75" in circumference). My doc says the growth likely reflects the hypogonadism that has been present through a lot o' my adulthood. It was the pain of the epididymis from scar tissue from numerous infections that led me to seek removal of my testicles. The scar tissue also apparently prevented efficient transfer of testosterone to my blood. It seems I was destined to have a longer cock if it just got sufficient testosterone.

I'm lucky to have a BF that thinks I look better ballless. He also likes smaller cocks and therefore celebrates that mine's thin.

For a lifetime I always wanted to be castrated but also wanted to maintain my cock/ball size and virility. That was a long time ago. Little information was available as to what would happen if you were castrated.

In my experiences with testosterone, as my T level lowered I lost my interest in being castrated. My original desire for castration has changed to the realistic desire to lower and eliminate testosterone level.

I would expect that for some people with low or no testosterone flowing through their body interests in penis or ball size would wither away too. I thought not being able to get an erection or masterbate would be horrible. But once I lost my ability to have them it just could not be more unimportant. I have no frustration at all about not being able to get an erection or have any kind of sexual activity. With extended concentrated effort I can still get a mild erection and a wimpy ejaculation. Instead of being frustrated with that I just wonder why I bothered doing it. It's no fun, I don't want it or need it and it provides no amustment what so ever. This is still difficult for me to understand or comprehend, but I am very glad. I start Siterone Aug 1 to finish the process of testosterone reduction. I anticipate that I will have no interest or concern in the size of my penis or testicles or their lack of ability to perform. Once sexual desire and frustration are removed, as Testosterone is removed, the whole subject becomes a non-issue, kind of like not caring about the size or usefulness of your little toe or that it even exists.

I too have lost all ability and interest concerning erections and have no interest in my penis beyond using it to pee. I feel no sense of loss and I feel I have gained a great deal instead because my mind is free of the tyranny of being controlled by erections.

Testosterone is, I think, never removed, it simply drops to a very low level. It is produced elsewhere, I think in the thyroid gland in small quantities for both sexes. The amount would not allow an erection, but it means you'll still need to shave your face most days

I never desired to have a larger penis. My earliest recollation of my thought regarding it are of wishing that it was gone - even that I could be like a girl.
