Cimetidine for Shrinking Penis and Lowering Libido

I started the third cycle of cimetidine today. There will be a total of four in this tour.

Since the beginning of the therapy, my penis has shrunk by more than 1 cm. Not much, but you can see the continuity. If the results are identical to the previous ones, I could probably measure the penis below 10 cm (4 '') soon.

I guess penis reduction when taking cimetidine depends on a lot of factors. About a person’s age, testosterone level, whether someone has been on HRT therapy, PM and whether they are taking any of the testosterone blockers. If a person is younger and has not taken any of this before cimetidine, then the results are likely to be slower and weaker as well.

I was on PM and red reishi before him. And now I'm taking red reishi. From September until today, my penis has shrunk by about 5.5 cm (2.2''), from 17 cm to 11.5 cm (6.7''> 4.5'').

Day 7. Went a day without T. Exactly zero erectile capacity this morning. Things seem fine tonight. I'm not sure if it's the day without T, the Cimetidine, or just RL that shut things down (it's been rough). I'll update as I go.

Erect size is holding steady at 4.5 inches, though flaccid size is...shriveled...

Thanks Stevenator. Appreciate your sharing your experience. Today is my 6th day of my second dosing. I am going to continue with a couple more boxes non-stop before considering any breaks. Meanwhile, I've stopped my TRT for the period. My penis is definitely getting less and less responsive to stimulation. Hope it will start shrinking further in both girth and length.

I have stopped the course of Cimetidine, 1,000 mg/day, approximately after 20 days. My penis seems to mostly stay at its smallest size, comfortably tucked inside, even during peeing.

For the first time, I have felt as though the penis has popped out but in reality, still totally tucked. I have also phantom erections, even though it is still totally tucked.

While on Cimetidine, I hardly felt any libido. But now, I have to restart my TRT to avoid fatigue and bone strength, I am feeling the return of libido again.

Before this course of Cimetidine but since my chemical castration, I could get myself off without an erection. But the penis would swell up to a soft erection of about 3" long (down from 5.5" before chemical castration).

Today, after 20 days' course of Cimetidine, with a lot of stimulation, my penis stayed pretty much at its smallest size (around 1") even though I almost came. I must admit I really enjoy edging, especially without an erection.

I will be taking a break from Cimetidine for a while now.

Day 9. Things were totally inert Monday morning, even with stimulation. Managed a full erection briefly Monday evening, but no orgasm. Managed an orgasm this morning, but did not become fully erect.

I have important reasons for being on TRT, mainly related to being able to do my job well (mental clarity and good energy are VERY important), so I will likely take from the high dose and take the recommended amount (my gut is still pretty jacked up). But, I have time off coming later this month and then in June, so I may revisit this. The idea of being tiny down there is very appealing.

Keep in mind that it works by raising prolactin levels. Do research on "hyperprolactinemia" so that you are well informed.

Yesterday was my last day of 3 boxes of Tagmet. My penis and scrotum did remain tighter for the last 2 weeks, but not as dramastic as the first time I took Tagmet. Penis length and ball size are unchanged. I probably will not try this again.

Day 12. I'll keep taking the Cimetidine until my stomach is back to normal, but I did not have a noticeable reduction in libido or function over and above what could be explained by RL stressors.

I think I was correct in my original suspicion that it only works in conjunction with (or after) other efforts to lower natural T--if it's already low then Cimetidine will basicaly "zero it out." It can't stop my T production because my T is in the cabinet under my desk. To the extent that prolactin prohibits absorption, I think most of my "parts" that would be effective have been non-functional for ages.

I'm disappointed in a way, since the idea of being tiny is very appealing to me. But I'm happy that it seems to work for some.

Just finished my first bottle. I'm young and have normal T levels so I reckon it will be slow going for me. Balls are definitely tighter but I can't tell if they're much smaller, penis seems to be the same size. I think my libido is down too but I might just not be masturbating constantly because I have a job now. Ideally I'd like to have that "just got out of a frigid pool" look but I'm not sure how realistic that will be when just on Cimetidine but I imagine it'll take a few more bottles to really see more results. I'll probably start the second bottle right away tomorrow.

Good warning for all who do chemical castration. Per NCBI, "Men with hyperprolactinemia may present with erectile dysfunction, decreased libido, infertility, gynecomastia, decreased bone mass, but rarely galactorrhea. Over time, the patient may have diminished energy, reduced muscle mass, and increased risk of osteopenia."

While the first 2 symptoms may be what we want, there certainly can be quite a few undesirable side effects, especially osteopenia.
