Its like scratching an empty scrotum.
Yes your sack does still get itchy every now and then.
But easier to do as there are no contents.

My scrotum never itched until puberty started and before my balls started making sperm. Then they started itching like crazy all the time. It was like all those billions of sperm were causing the itch. Interesting to hear eunuchs still feel that itch. I guess you can t blame the sperm for their itchy scrotums. Every man scratches his balls first thing when he wakes up. I guess we just get used to always having a constant itch in our bags once we enter puberty and it never goes away, even with no sperm or balls to cause it after geldings.

I have searched for years. I asked a few different urologists to no avail. I was watching my Father get eaten by prostate cancer and I didn't want to experience that.
I have been on Spiro for a number of years now. My T is at 20. I want to get rid of every last bit of T.
Now that I am cash poor waiting for my pension to kick in I want my T gone more than ever.
I was talking to a eunuch on a site for men with breasts. I was asked why I asked a urologist. Go to a plastic surgeon specialising in TG issues. I contacted the first three on the list. All 3 said we sure will remove them. Only question was if I wanted to keep my scrotum. I said no. Now as soon as my pension kicks in I will get it done.
Just knowing that I am closer than ever puts a smile on my face and a sigh of relief in my heart, mind and soul.

My urologist wants to meet and talk about my questions why i can't have a prostatectomy or castration now. My father died of pc, i just had a 9.5 on a PSA test, but the biopsy was all clear. Great news, she said. I disagreed and pointed out that now i didn't have a good way of telling if i had cancer or not. My father was dead within 6 months of first symptoms. I emailed her asking for reasons not to have a prostatectomy or orchiectomy now. Hey reply was shocked and almost panicked, and she wanted to talk in person as to why this is a bad idea.

I rekon my nutsack itched more after my balls were gone. Like it was drawing to attention it was empty. It wouldn't let me forget that my balls were gone. Then the prosthetics made it worse. The doctors said it was a reaction to the 'foreign' objects so they were taken out. I'm glad I cut it off. It is such a 'sweet spot' where it was. No itch but I touch there all the time. It is unreal how good it feels and looks. more so with an erection. Just a hard cock and an impressive scar.

it's amazing how fast they will remove ovaries or breasts if a woman has cancer concerns. They will damn near to a complete hystorectomy for almost any reason.

WOW JessicaH! You just hit the nail on the head in this modern society we live in. I mean after all, just exactly how many men have you seen in the news complaining about sexual harassment? If a man broaches that subject he is castigated figuratively speaking and told a female cannot force her will/way on a male. I beg to differ. Women have been forcing their will and way on men across society since the species began. Ooopppssss! I've gotten up on a soap box. But the point is that there are such double standards between medical choices treating the sexes. Women get pretty much what they want while men are told not just no but hell no! When will we as a society actually embrace and have equality of the sexes?

Actually, women who want to be sterilised tell us that doctors will flat-out refuse because they say the woman might want to have children in the future (even if she already has two or more) or that a future husband will. I also know a woman with a chronic illness which has rendered her infertile but they still refuse to give her a hysterectomy despite the illness causing crippling period pains. Another lady I know is resistant to having a hysterectomy transvaginally because of past rape-related trauma, and doctors refuse to let her have the op through the abdomen. They do not always give women what they want; they sometimes give them more, or more than is necessary. Basically you will almost certainly be dealing with a doctor who has his own agenda.

There will always be the exception to the norm. Of that I have no doubt. And there will always be doctors with some bigoted opinion that controls their actions. But those are the exception rather than the norm. Unlike doctors being the exception rather than the norm who will castrate a male for whatever the reasons. The simple numbers of female castrations paid for by insurance tells the whole story. Those number in the hundreds of thousands per year where insurance paying to remove a man's testes is not very common. My remark however had more to do with the inequality of the sexes in a society that claims sex equality. Again, open your favorite tabloid/news paper and compare the number of female harassment reports to male harassment reports. If a woman comes on to a man in America and he refuses she somehow turns it against him. If a man comes on to a woman and she accepts she somehow turns it against him. I mean, for a man to simply make a comment on how a woman might look in public becomes fodder in the media as we see time after time. When was the last time you read the media's attacking a female for making a sexual comment about a male?
