Yes, I understand if scrotal tissue is removed, there would be no sensation in the former scrotum. What I am asking is after a scrotectomy tuck, there is still tissue that connects the base of the penis to the perineum. The plastic surgery results in being smooth under the penis base. So I am curious, does this tissue suffer nerve damage or can you still feel sensation where the scrotum used to be? I hope that clears up any confusion. Thank you.

The scrotum goes. Remaining skin from beside it joins together in the midline for the entire length of the scrotum to the penis base.

The incision therefore ends at the penis base. The skin has its normal sensation, as nothing was done to alter it. Only the scrotum goes.

The incision is closed by a stitch. It feels and heals much like any other incision. It is like any other surgical incision, and really unremarkable.

The scrotum goes, and regular skin joins together where it was. The regular skin feels like regular skin. There is nothing unusual about this rather minor cosmetic procedure, but I am very happy with the result.

I get plenty aroused and have a lot of sensation, and I don't have a cock or balls. The best way I can put how you will feel is to feel the area along the side of your scrotum, adjacent to the legs. Touch yourself in the crease between your balls and legs, but don't touch the sac, and you'll get a general idea of what the sensation of people without a scrotum is. We still have that skin and those nerves.
