PC Game with Penectomy

I tried to go and download a copy of the game. I got this message:

"File Blocked for Violation.

The file you requested has been blocked for a violation of our Terms of Service.

Unfortunitly there are no updates as of right now, I've been really busy with work and school and haven't have any time to work on the game. As soon as I'm back in action I'll let y'all know. and @ Ericus_Kaxen, I've been wondering if media fire would flag me for that, if you guys know of another spot where I can upload my game, please send me a link.

updated note: It will let me download the game.... I'm surprised that it won't let you. did you try V0.4?
