How are you cutting down towards the urethra or up towards the urethra? If you're cutting down from the top side, you've probably cut through the dorsal nerve which made the glans numb. If you're cutting up from the bottom, you may have cut through most of your urethra and the woundseal is sealing off the urethra from both sides. That said, the urethra opening has closed or the diameter is smaller and it's not allowing urine to flow freely. It's restricted not sure if you'll be able to get a sound down through it now. This is why it's best to get a reroute first to prevent urethra closure.

Im cutting down and I believe I have cut some decent veins and it's possible I have cut thru the dorsal nerve. I believe I can start to see the corpora cavernosa on both sides of my cut.

Still no pressure while peeing, but today after going felt like I needed to go again. It wasn't like this last couple days it felt thicker. A couple drips of this amber colored sticky substance. Then it oozed out then I had no more urgd. I have to milk my penis since it's so numb to make sure everything is out. I just peed and it wasn't normal but lil more pressure than before. Is this from possible of not coming for almost a month?

The banding may have severely injured your urethra, but there may be more to it then that. Though the "dorsal nerve" primarily serves as a sexual stimulator during sex and orgasm, it also affects the response of the corpus cavernosums and corpus spongiosum which surrounds the urethra. If you have somehow cut down through the dorsal nerve or damaged it, then that's probably "part" of why you're experiencing these symptoms. The numbness also prevents you from feeling what's really going on in your penis. Really, if you've cut through the dorsal nerve, your penis will no longer respond as it once did and it's doubtful you'll ever "feel" tactile sensations in your penis as you once did. You are getting to the point of no return and so I would ask you to pause and evaluate whether you can live without your penis. There still may be time to salvage it, but more banding and cutting will probably destroy it.

P.S. More banding might require a trip to the ER if you can't urinate. Sometimes a stricture forms from scar tissue. Then you can't go and what will they say in the ER when they see your damaged penis? If I was the doctor or urologist, I'd tell you that I'd have to remove your penis, but most urologist will recognize self harm. Maybe they'll admit you to the psych ward, maybe they'll confront you and ask you what you've been doing. Best case scenario would be for the urologist to look at your penis and say, "It's dead, I must take it off", but that has never happened that I know of yet.

Well I cut the left corpus cavernosum I figured one at a time. I guess I'm past the point of no return. I can urinate just not like I used to but when I'm completely numb from my base to tip. Now to let this heal up and I'll cut the other next week. I'm keeping myself reserved not to go to fast. Thank you Hash for info and kinda counciling me on everything.

No problem, I want to make sure that you're sure about cutting it off. If you are set on doing it, please devise some plan to prevent urethra closure. When you make the final cut through the urethra, it will close up on you, preventing urination, and that will be bad. If you don't want to go to the emergency room (ER), you'll need to keep a "sound" in it, but that will be difficult. I really think you should and eventually need to get a professional reroute. Even if you're left with considerable length, you might have trouble urinating. Have you considered what you'll do?

I'm hoping to remove the glans, hoping that I'll be able to keep the urether open. There isn't any back up or seams any major constriction the flow just runs out. Which I'm guessing is from being numb. But eventually I'll have to get a reroute to finish the last of the penectomy.

I do have a catheter that I'm plan on inserting. Just before I'm ready to cut my urether. I'm planning on keeping it in a few days maybe a week so things heal up. Hoping this will keep my opening open after and then I can enjoy my glans less penis.

My glans is decreased in size, my penis is retracted on from where I cut the corpo cavernosum. I have made a clamp with steel rods now and attempted to use the first time. Like I was told finger tight, until I was numb then I tightened more. I have started to sound my urether now as well. Erections have decreased, when I have now nothing over 50%. And it goes away faster than it takes to get. My penis is constantly retracted now
