I can simply push my nuts upwards into the inguinal canals and then slide a 35mm Inside diameter stainless donut cockring down my dick (I prefer the look of the stainless ones).
Then pull my now empty sack through the cockring leaving my nuts nowhere to go.
They simply stay in the upstairs bunk for as long as I like.
I first started doing this with silicone donut ring starting at 55mm I.D. then downsizing to 45mm.These are really comfortable and I use the 55mm one at night to make nocturnal boners less painfull.
This is how I do it but I'm sure there are better ways.

I got all of mine from Bondra.co.uk.
You should have no problems getting them from where you are.
Bondra's prices are okay compared with others.
Have fun.

A few points on this thread I want to make.
First of all, whatever heating method you use needs to be able to heat the insides of the testicles to about 43C. The experiment on mouse testicles is a lot easier than human testicles due to the size of human testicles. So you need to make sure you have a heat source that can continue to maintain the heat (doesn't cool down as it heats your balls) and probably need to do it for a pretty long time because you need 15 minutes with the insides to full temperature.
Secondly, someone is mentioning that testosterone tests are expensive, but as far as i know they can be less than $100 online. I use a service where I order online and then can just go to a blood testing clinic and they draw blood and send the results to me by e-mail. You don't need a doctor to authorize getting routine blood tests.
Lastly, someone in the thread asked about whether they can keep improving in strength in the gym after their testosterone is lowered. The answer is pretty much "no", especially if you've already been training for a while. Testosterone (and related hormones like DHT and growth hormones) are extremely effective in terms of how muscle builds -- the reason why a pre-pubescent kid and also most women don't have much muscle is purely a result of their lower testosterone. If you doubt the power of testosterone, just look at female body builders like Denise Masino (
http://waytofamous.com/images/denise-masino-05.jpg). In fact if you google for nude videos of her you'd see that her clit has been virilized to point that it is as big as some guy's penises. Testosterone is that powerful -- it can put 100lbs of muscle on a woman.

Yep testosterone tests over here come in the form of a D.I.Y kit I also had a Prostate test as well.
I went for a test that involved an online consultation (In the form of a questionaire)
As you have rightly said its no biggie at £50 or about $100 for both. You prick your finger (pricker in kit) fill up the test tubes send them off to a lab and a week later the results are with you (I used Pharmacy 2 U).
At this point I would like to update my last post although my tests came in at the low end of "Normal" the online consultant has got back to me saying my T level is low (Perhaps they want to sell me the meds).
I will have to have a physical prostate examination first though.
I like to keep in good pysical shape and can echo your thoughts of low T and its effect on muscle mass and stamina.
To this end I have decided to go for a male specific medical assesment to check for any underlying causes.

I have been tucking on and off since I was about five. Until I hit puberty, natural friction kept my penis entrapped between my butt cheeks for hours on end as long as I didn't bend over with my feet spread. After puberty, I used panties to hold my penis in place to entrap my scrotum. I still do it that way. I recommend shaving there as the hair breaks the skin to skin adhesion and allows things to slide. Use a size smaller than you would normally wear and spandex is the best way to go if you don't mind sweating a lot there. If you pull yourself tight enough, and sit on it, it makes a camel toe. You also need to push to the ends of the inguinal canals as you tuck so the natural muscle tension holds your balls in place. If you do it 24/7 it gets easier. Restrooms will be an issue.

Beginning month seven. using saw palmetto and have beautiful calm going on. before I started phytoestrogens, was having hot flashes. With phytoestrogens, there are no more hot flashes. I'm having family issues though. I'm having depression from them. I wish I could get them to understand that this has been going on since I was very small. It's not about them. I still love them and want them to stay. It's the bits between my legs that are the problem. They should have all been removed before age 10. I was ready then!
