There is a Latin legal term with a definative definition that had once been and still to this very day could be invoked by lawyers to whatever purpose (both good and bad). Unfortunately, I do not know the legal system. All I know is that it was adapted from the Roman system hence all the Latin terminology. So due to the fact that the word "spado" has an actual legal definition may have been the reason why men were able to marry with certain "males" in the distant past, -which is what I've been told. It wasn't until 1963 (1963-2013) in New Mexico that men were precluded from marrying any "males" and that was by the use of a certain issued marriage form which was to be used. However this practice was more common with natives than with whites.

This is actually something I've been spending a lot of time thinking about, recently. And I do mean a LOT of time. Also, causing myself a lot of stress and anxiety over. Many panic attacks and meltdowns. I dunno if I can explain why in any way that'd make sense, but.. it just is.

See, I've called myself IEunuch now for over 16 years. Only, these days I don't identify as 'eunuch'. Or as a 'castrated male'. I'm understanding now that I'm actually asexual/agender. It's something I'm not completely open about yet, but I am trying.

My thoughts need clarifying as do yours. not sure where to go. So unsettled.
