I feel most comfortable around 94 kilo's, it sure is a fight to keep the 96 I have. But any moment I reach 100 kg I take that hard method...only water, it works

I started with the Atkins Diet Plan in order to get control of Type-2 diabetes. I slowly began adding carbs back in, but only low-GI (Glycemic Index) carbs and no "junk carbs" like chips, etc. Of course, I did have 30 lbs. of rapid weight loss from high blood sugar at the beginning. Not a fun way to lose weight.

Very good. Is the diabetes in remission?

where, on this precious stone set in the silver sea, is your beach where you can go "tackle out"? I'd rather like to visit it - not so's I can come and watch you I hasten to add, it's just that Britain has so few naturist beaches, official and unofficial, I like to know where these places are!

I'm a nudist at heart, I love not wearing anything at home, and I have no problem with anyone seeing me nude (except my family).

Sadly I live in America, have no means nor plans on traveling out of the country (I don't even have a passport), and though there are a few beaches in the country that allow nudity most of them are far away and I'd like to go nude at other places than just the beach (if you saw me you'd know why, I burn quicker than bacon on a fryer, hince why I'm not much of a beach person, and I won't go in the ocean ever again)...

If you do not mind the cost, there are lots of other places. In my state I have a choice of nudist camps, a nude hot tub resort and some places where people go nude that are neither of the above. Try Google and chat.

Having been a naturist for the past few decades, I seen many older, out-of-shape people cannot go back to nature. In fact, it seems like most of the people on nude beaches are hardly model quality. I don't understand why many people feel that you have to have a good body to get back to nature. On nude beaches or nudist camps, people get back to nature, whatever body shape and condition nature gave us. Nobody is on a catwalk. Nobody needs to be visually, or worse, sexually, stimulating to join.

I appreciate a good looking body as much as anybody else. But seeing one on a nude beach is just a bonus to me.

And I cannot care less about gawkers who tried to get a better view of my package -- or lack thereof.

Hippie hollow is a great nude beach in Austin,TX.Ive seen a guy their with no penis.No one seemed to notice.Because it not about what you have hanging.Its about being nude.
