From this end of the world it'll cost me more than 30 $ banking charges to make a simple 10 $ donation. Just let me know when Visa is accepted

Hi!
I would also like to bring something into the collection-box but it feels risky to send money in envelopes across the Atlantic.
A solution with, if possible, somebody inside the EU giving IBAN and SWIFT codes and then arranging for the transfer across the Atlantic would be great.
Greetings
John

Sorry, we don't do transfers or paypal or credit cards. Plain old money orders or currency. I've exchanged currencies before - usually about a 20% cost on the exchange (the bank gouges like hell). We've gotten currencies from Canada, some Euros, Italian Lira, as well as Mexican Pesos. On the other hand, anyone may send US$ any time.

Not really a likely prospect. Have to pick it from millions of letters. Goes to a secure postal box. Up to you....

To those concerned about putting money in the mail, just make sure you write a nice little two-page letter along with your contribution (It can just say hello, or you can, I'm sure, ask Krister about the size of his habit), and wrap the sheets of paper around the money. This will ensure postal workers cannot easily identify that there is cash in the envelope. Worked just fine for me.
Re. the poster above me and the quoted text from Paolo; you might want to ask Paolo or Krister if the store chain gift-card is acceptable to them, and don't send them one from a store in another country, even Canada; they are rarely useable in the States.
