As for regret, anyone that goes to a doctor to be castrated and still has doubts gets what they deserve. I know it sounds harsh, but I believe in personal responsibility. Old fashioned of me, I know.

This is 100% my position aswell. We all own our bodies and have full rites to due what we please with them. If someone F**** up their life its no excuse for taking my body rites away and they deserve what they got for being careless. Its medical blocks that are responsible for my now having facial hair and having masculinized to far, taking years of my life that are never coming back. People need to learn to take responibilitys for their actions and its not at all harsh.

Your assuming that the person who wants severe body modification is of sound mind and capable of making rational decisions. Just when is someone not of sound mind.? And who is to say so? There is no easy answer to that question since Doctors are still PRACTICING medicine. What's crazy to one person is perfectly logical to others. Take Mormons for example. I think they are totally fruit loops and out of their minds and should be made infertile so they can't reproduce...........they think they are totally sane.
