I haven't injected in over a week now, mostly due to lack of free time when the wife is out of the house. They're both riding high and tight, but not nearly as small or as hard as I'd prefer. Hopefully, this weekend will allow time for another shot.

Hi everybody. I've been reading this thread for a while now from the OP on and I finally gave this a shot (pun intended) hehe. I'm a MTF transgender, I've been on HRT for about 4 months now and I wanted to speed up lowering the T lvls. So I got a mini bottle of Smirnoff 80 (I can't get Everclear in Japan) vodka and injected my right testicle with .5mL with a 27G needle. I work in the medical field so everything was quite easy to come by and sterile . This was a trial run to gauge what to expect for future injections. Surprisingly the experience wasn't very painful from the alcohol. The initial prick hurt the worse. The feeling felt is best described as an uncomfortable pressure than it is a pain. I was expecting a burning sensation or a stinging sensation. I did feel it in my lower abdominal area as described by many of the thread. For the first 3-4 I was freaking out and when I pushed the needle in I had to close my eyes lol. I was shaking the whole time. Hopefully next time I'll be a lot more calm because I know what to expect. I'm gonna buy the higher proof bottle (I think its 100 proof) on my next payday. I'm happy to report my 1st injection with no major complications. YAY! Lefty gets his tomorrow.

So its been 4 days since my first injection and I no longer feel any tenderness to touch, swelling, or discomfort. I feel just fine down there actually. I never did the left testicle just because I think I want to do one at a time. After my first I wasn't sure if I wanted to continue because I didn't get the support I thought I would from the people around me, but I'm probably going to continue. On Saturday I questioned my transgendered issues, but thats for another forum lol. Anyway just wanted to report that I'm doing ok after my first injection and looking forward to doing my next.

I was injected for the eith time this morning. Left testicle is hard and could not be injected. I am sure it is not functional. Right is finally beginning to get smaller.Exciting to soon be a eunuch.

So it's been two weeks since the fifth injections, and this morning I could barely get .5 cc into the left (which has had all 5 injections) and just barely 1.0 cc into the right (which has had 4 injections). The familiar warmth is there as I sit comfortably posting this. Considering it's 12-14 degrees F outside, the warmth is nice.

I'll probably only go with one injection each week or two after this. I think the left (which was always the larger testicle, by far) is just about giving up. It was very difficult to get the needle into the center this morning, and I take that as a very good sign the previous injections have done their work. The right (always the smaller) was not so hard, having had one less injection. It will probably take another two doses of 1 cc before it's done. I think once you cannot inject more than .2 or .25 cc into a testicle, it's a sure sign they're cooked.

I saw my psychotherapist last night, and she provided good insight when I mentioned desiring orchiectomy. She cautioned me to retain my scrotal skin, in case I decide to opt for SRS later. It was a very good session, IMHO.

This was my experience after 11 injections. My libido continues to decrease after three months since my last shot.

Oh my gosh, I finally did it, just a few minutes ago. I put .5 cc into my right testicle before the tension got to me, my stress was really high going ino this so I was only able to do .5cc at this time on the right, I felt kinda dizzy at first, so I sat in the bathtub and started running cool water, after a couple minutes, I settled down and realized it wasn't so bad, so I got another needle, filled it with 1cc, and injected it into the left testicle. It was not nearly as bad as I had thought it would be, I used about 1/4 a bottle of Anbesol liquid (Benzocaine 20%) to numb the scrotum as the biggest part of this was getting myself worked up to get the needle through the scrotum. Then I swabbed the area with alcohol on a cotton pad. Worked up the nerve and slowly pushed the needle in. Since I numbed the scrotum, there really wasn't much pain, I did get a light twinge but nothing bad at all, I expected a different texture from the testicle, but once the needle broke the membrane around the testicle, it went right in. I used Clear spring 190 (Everclear but made by the company that does Jack Daniels I think) and a 25g needle. It feels a lil tense when I move atm, But I feel so happy now that I'm finally on my way to achieving my goals

My mind is racing at 100mph, and I'm kinda hungry, I'll come back and fix/update the message a bit later if it needs editing. OMG It's finally happening!
