He did it under general anesthesia so I was asleep. He also removed my scrotum and did a reroute at the same time. He removed my penis just below where it went into my body.
This cost 6500 for his work, plus 200 for a psych letter, plus 1800 for the surgery center, plus travel/hotel.
He requires a psych letter for the surgery center. He does castration in office so he doesn't need a letter for that. As I said I had been castrated over a year before. That cost 300 I believe
$8800 total is quite reasonable; actually the least expensive I've seen thus for for total nullo. Mine was the most expensive, still I have no regrets. This isn't about saving money, it's about results. The proof will be if you are at some point willing to share your result so we can see what Dr. A does. I know the penectomy he did in his office on general anesthesia, was not a result I would have liked. Left the guy with what I've called cat ears in the place that would have, roughly, been where the top side corners of his cock was.
Though it sounds like yours was more detailed, and by description is exactly what I had done by a different doctor in California.
