Congrats! I hope it is all you expect it to be!

So it been 5 days since my surgery now, I'm feeling great, no pain from the cords anymore, still very swollen, and bruised

the only thing now is in the bottom of my sac is a very heavy feeling, and it gets a bit sore at times mostly when standing still for too long. I would just like to said that I would very highly recommend Dr Arnkoff, friendly, professional, no questions asked!! While I understand money can be an issue, anyone living in the USA complaining they can't get castrated probably just don't really want it, as even for myself traveling from Australia has not been that hard!! I'm so happy I have finally been able to have my surgery. I'm still in the USA ATM, so when I get home I'll write up costs ect for any other Aussie guys thinking about making the trip.

Congratulations and best of luck for a speedy recovery! Although it's been 12 years now, I remember my castration like it was yesterday. Just continue to be careful - don't try and lift anything heavy at all and lots of ice will help all the bruising. Safe travels home!

I look forward to reading the financial breakdown.

Did you consider Thailand or the Philippines first and if so why did you choose the USA?

I was castrated by Dr A on 1/23/16 And just yesterday went back and had the rest removed. I am a nullo now. He wants me to come to his office tomorrow for a checkup to make sure all is healing well. He said he wants to see me at 7am as he is going to be doing a castration at 8am
