GREETINGS EVERYONE!!!!! IT'S DONE AT LAST!!!
OK, so on Sunday 26th July I had enough. I injected my right nipple area with Lignocane. I took a box cutter and cut my right nipple of right around the edges of the areola. There was a wound 2cm in diameter. It did not bleed heavily, but the bleeding did not stop after compressing the wound for about an hour. So I went to the ER, spun them some BS story. The doctor injected adrenaline (to constrict the wound's arteries), and some more Lignocane to numb the area. The doc said that she cannot suture the wound and that I'll have to make an appointment to see my Plastic Surgeon to close the wound by skin grafting. I don't understand this as I have seen pictures and videos on the internet where guys cut their nipples off and suturing the wound. Anyway, the next day I made an appointment to see my Plastic Surgeon. He was the guy who also removed my penile stump last year.
My plastic surgeon inspected the area and we arranged for the left nipple and areola to be amputated as well and both wounds to be closed by suturing it. I asked him to do the procedure in his office and not the hospital theatre to minimise costs. So about a week later I laid on the operating bed/table in his office. He took a bag filled with one litre liquid (looks like those saline bags when they put a drip on your arm). He injected three different kinds of liquids into that bag. I guess one of those liquid injection was the numbing agent. While the doc did that, the assistant cleaned my chest area and placed green sterile cloth exposing only the nipple areas.
The doc came to me and took some kind of blue pen and drew two shapes around my nipple areas. The shapes he drew was in the shape just like the shape when one will draw a Chinese eye. The doc brought that bag filled with four different liquids. He took a syringe with a thick-ish needle (about 10 cm long) and filled it with that solution in the bag. He injected the nerve close to my right arm pit. Did not really hurt. Anyway he injected the whole one litre bag of solution into my two nipple areas. My chest inflated like a balloon. He waited about 10 minutes and started amputation of my left nipple. He took the scalpel and slowly cut following the blue shapes he drew. The assistant helped by using a tweezer-like instrument. He had to use the cauterising instrument quite a lot to cauterise the bleeding veins. So he amputated my left nipple (areola and all), and amputated whatever was left of my right nipple wound...cauterising as he went along. He sutured both wounds, and dressed it with plaster dressings. The assistant gave me my amputated specimens inside a small plastic container, I thanked them and went home. At home I took pictures of the specimens and placed it inside my famous genital jar.
The left wound is healing well, but my right one started to pain fiercely 12 hours later. My right chest area swelled and turned red. I went to the ER and they told me that the whole right wound area got inflammation. The put a drip in my arm with pain killer and anti-biotic. They gave me anti-biotic and probiotic tablets to take home. Three days later
follow-up visit. He took the dressing off my right wound (Oh! which was horrible looking with yellow, red and white goo). He squeezed the wound and LOTS of puss oozed from the sutured wound (sorry guys, I know this sounds disgusting!). It hurt like hell as he did it but he said he HAD to void the wound from this puss. When that was done, he placed a silver coated gauze as a drain between the suture. I almost kicked his teeth out as he did THAT! He took a large plaster dressing and covered the wound.
OK...so I went for follow-up visits every three days or so in order for him to squeeze and dress the wound. Today the wound is almost free from puss and inflammation. It's looking much better. The left wound is healing very well.
So, my journey to rid myself from my genitals and nipples is finally realised. MAD!...I don't know. It's just something I wanted so badly and now my soul can rest. I have quite a lot of pictures but I'm having difficulty paying MBM their $10 as PayPal for some reason refuse the payment...but I will sort it out and then I will place the pics on MBM.
Just for interest sake, I asked my Plastic Surgeon if he will consider "building" me labia down their...not a vagina an all...just labia for aesthetic reasons and maybe he can enhance that little clit he built me last year. He admitted making that clit. I asked him if I'm mad and if there is something wrong with me but he said I'll be surprised how many guys came to him for the same reasons...I mean straight guys who want a vagina. He said I was normal and that human sexuality is a vastly complex subject. So, I might consider to do it next year...but I'm not in a hurry...it will just be for fun to feel that between my legs.
