At least ... many! And it takes a long time to recognize some result.

I am on number 7 of 1.5 Everclear in each. Left testicle is already much smaller and right is a little smaller

Have not ejaculated in 6 weeks. Erections are rare already

It is being done with good sterile technique. There is some paain in my gut for 3-4 hours after but goes away and is not that bad. It also means the alcohol is doing its job.

I did the injections until it became difficult to get any alcohol to stay in the testicle because of its hardness. I believe that was about 35 injections. Now my testicles have shrunk until it appears my sac is empty. L

I just injected 1cc into both my right and left testicles this evening. It was easier this week because I was careful to pull the testicles tightly against one area of scrotum. For the left it was injection #2 and more comfortable than before, telling me there is less sensation / irritation internally. I take that as a good sign. The right was actually bothering me some late this afternoon, so as long as it was already uncomfortable, it received injection #1. One of the other reasons I can tell this is working is because my breasts had some tenderness and swelling in the few days after the first injection. That's something I haven't felt in many months and it was a welcome surprise.

Both testicles are now the size of small grapes but I only injected one, ten times, the other already being very small from a varicocele, and both had already atrophied somewhat from 1-1/2 years on androcur. I believe that my testosterone production is very low but maybe somewhat greater than when I was on androcur. Any desire for sex today is very minimal and is fleeting, at best. So I don't know if you would call it night sweats or hot flashes but they only bother me after being asleep for a few hours.

My left teste has shrunk to the size of an olive but my right one is only reduced in size by about 25-30%. I'm not sure why, but it seams that most of us have shrinkage rates that vary between testicles. Maybe it's because blood pressure is higher in the left teste which is why vericosoles are more common in the left teste? No telling....

There were a few the pain was pretty rough and I took a pain pill and a stiff drink but that goes away within a few hours. I recommend some good support like panties or tight briefs to hold them snug after the injections.

I have only had problems with lack of energy in the late evening after my Vyvanse wears off (ADHD MED). I find that I have gone from getting off once or twice a day to not having masturbated in the last two weeks. It could be that I'm tired when I go to bed which is a usual time for masturbating but I just dont even think about it. I also quit watching porn and reading erotic stories which I used to waste a lot of time doing.

I think this method can be used to reduce your libido without total castration but you need to make sure that you give yourself plenty of time (2-3 weeks between injections) to let the alcohol do it's thing and then let the free T time to deplete but even more important, it takes a while for your T recepters to loose the T hat is bound which is why it takes a bit to feel the effects of castration even though the measurable free T is depleted in hours.

So take it slow or you may end up with a lot lower T than you want! Good luck to the others using this method and please be safe.
