I just read this statement from Paolo back in 2002:..."As the old saying goes, when you talk to God, it's called prayer. When God talks back to you, it's called mental illness."
This is excellent!

sir. even I send a message through email but I think it hardly reached. I want to ask you about what type of job you have created and how you have take analgesics in destructing your pennies . and what are the analgesics? even I also tried a method to destruct my pennies but I failed as it was improper. thus after that I straight way go and ask an urologist for penectomy but as usual he refuses, cause I have not any cancer and also not having any disorder. my reason is of religious belief. sir would you tell me more and easy ways to destruct pennies which are not much painful.
looking forward your answer...
Hi, we all have problems getting medical professionals to perform castrations and penectomies done at request. The ONLY way to get them to do it, is to cause significant damage to it as to force the doctors to remove it...or...remove it yourself (which I definitely do not recommend for various reasons)
How to damage your penis?:
I told you in the first thread how I did mine. You can read on these boards (and online on the NET) how to damage your penis. You have to figure this out for yourself because no-one on these boards will accept responsibility for your actions. We do not condone anyone to harm themselves in this way, but if you do decide to do it, be prepared that many things can go wrong (including clotting, bleeding, shock, psych ward, infection). Although there are success stories here (including myself), there were guys here that never returned to this forum after attempting penectomies.
I was so sick of having my penis attached to my body that I was willing to accept the dangers involved in what I was about to do. When I destroyed my penis , I used aspirin to prevent blood clots. I was scared and shacking at times (like cold shivers) but this was totally manageable. Two days later, I had the option of cutting the penis off myself (it had NO feeling in it), or go to ER.
Cutting it off myself:
It would be easy. It would be like clipping a finger nail. I would be spared the embarrassment of facing doctors and nurses. Problems could be bleeding. I did not have any suturing kits. Infection could set in. They could possibly find the penis and reattach it if I go into shock and the doctors send the police to my apartment to find my penis. Should I succeed, the result will not be what I want. I wanted to look smooth and have not one millimeter of penis on my body.
Going to ER:
It is safe. Professional treatment. Antibiotics. Proper penectomy and urethral reroute (looks good...eventually). They did sent a shrink to my room, but I managed her well. The doctors and nurses were actually very cool.
My approach did present the possibility of severe infection (sepsis). I waited six hours before going to the ER. My penis turned black as coal (
view/7-jpg-52/) and dead blood was circulating through my body. This is the only real concern for anyone attempting to do what I did. The risk is yours!
My advice is to:
1) Try to get a professional to do it...even if you have to travel.
2) Destroy your penis and go to ER. Be prepared to die in the process.
3) Leave it alone if you do not have the compelling unrelenting urge and desire to be without a penis. It is very permanent and the novelty will wear off.
Good luck with your decision.

Yes, use an elastrator with one or two bands. Keep it on for as long as you can bear the pain.Make sure you have a proper clipper to remove the bands or you'll be stuck with it around your penis. The result could be INTENSE pain forcing you to go to the ER for removal (which presents it's own problems). For safety, take an aspirin the day before and the day you band just to minimize the possibility of forming a clot. Be advised that after some time of banding, the penis (in most cases) does not stay numb for long anymore. In my case my penis could not get numb from banding an hour or when the pain became too much to bear.
May I ask, is your desire to be without a penis a fantasy or do you really need for it to be off. Remember, hurting or removing your penis will really frustrate you once it is useless or gone. Do proper introspection before attempting something so permanent.

I wish you the best my friend. My mother had it and she is now half the size she once was, and she's lost her blood pressure medication, is backing off her diabetes meds, and all sorts of good things.
I hope you have a similar positive outcome. Good luck!

So I'm 11 days post-op. Gastric Bypass Surgery went well. I have 5 small incisions in my abdomen where the surgeon inserted his Laparoscopic instruments. Boy...3 bites of food and I'm STUFFED!! I'm now on stage 2 of the diet which is purified food (like baby food). Boy, do I miss eating normal food. I have lost 6kg so far.

I've had two friends go through gastric bypass or banding. It takes a while to get used to eating small amounts and feeling satisfied. By that I mean that if you crave something, eat a portion of it, even if that portion is a mouthful. Create a diet that satisfies your needs and then stick to it.
I have a tummy that hates most food (I'm allergic to chocolate, all fish, corn, sugars, egg yolk, Lactose intolerance so no milk, and all those groovy hot spices to name most of it. There might be other stuff I can't eat but I've given up trying.) So I create dinners that are tasty for the tongue, crunchy because the mouth craves crunchy and sometimes sugary sweet because we all crave sweets. I cook for myself and as a result I buy premium food and only that. One portion of steak. One portion of chicken. One portion of veggies. I never cook more than that. I don't snack, either. I do eat a couple pretzels late at night if I get the urge. Not the high fat potato chips or those flavored silly things. . . Sometimes If I want lamb and I know that I can't get it ,there is a restaurant that serves great lamb and that is where I go.
That's how I handle my diet.
