Rapid Testicle Shrinkage on Androcur

After more than a month I think my testicles have grown slightly larger, but only time will tell if this is a real trend.

While I do have a little libido, the surge in it from a week ago has subsided and I haven't had any desire to masturbate or had more than very rare and faint sexual thoughts since then.

The shrinkage of my balls seems to have gone to my boobs. I'm now definitely in the A cup range. It will be fun to see how much more growth happens. In addition to shutting down testosterone, I'm also taking two drugs that can induce gynomastia, amlodipine and omeprazole. It's a shame that breast development in men is considered a medical condition. It is usually completely benign for those of us who are perfectly fine having breasts. Estimates of up to 65% of men 50 or older have the "condition" and it is not hard to find places that sell bras for men. So many men fear breast development, but transgender women and cross-dressing men are making it more socially acceptable. It would be great if men could just overcome the stigma and accept having boobs. I don't plan to hide them in public.

After 3 years on Lupron, my balls shrank by about 2/3, now about the size of an almond to maybe a small grape. Very small! When it stopped, my T recovered, but the balls never got larger. Convenient, I never worry about "rearranging" when sitting or leg-crossing. It's almost like they're not there anymore.

I did get pretty solid B-cup breasts from the recovery phase; it didn't happen while on Lupron. My body must not be using T normally, at least for a while it converted excess T to estrogen. My breasts were sensitive, painful with any pressure on them, and there are now solid disk-like masses in there, about 3" across and maybe 1" thick or so. I can press and feel the rubbery mass in there. I also don't mind, they're kind of fun. I'm aware of them now, a little self-conscious tbh, and it's interesting to see how many men I encounter also have them. I'm well past 50, and this condition is not uncommon in men my age.

At least the bright side of gynomastia is how your nipples get super sensative to all kinds of stimulation and can give you so much more sexual pleasure than they could as flat dime sized boy nipples.

I think my initial ball shrinkage has stopped, and weirdly I think it was only my bigger ball that shrunk (so now they're both about the same size).

Wouldn't mind if the shrinking continued!

I wonder if your smaller ball was already damaged and working less from a past injury like a hard nut hit in sports or something ? That would make it smaller and not shrink as much as your bigger and likely higher output of sperm and T dominant ball.

Apparently a lot of men can have one nut not working much or only partially to put out sperm and testosterone. So their other ball grows bigger to put out more to compensate for his little brother s lower or missing output.

Maybe jr was already castrated in the past somehow and only big brother ball was doing all the work of 2 balls ?

Hmmmm I have no idea! I do recall a few specific times where I was whacked in the balls, but I don't know if they would have been enough to have caused damage (but then, I'm no medical expert!). I just hope I continue to see shrinkage. I've not seen any change to my dick yet... that's the main bit I want shrunk down!

Exactly. I'll be on Androcur for a year or so until I know whether surgical castration is right for me. I gather from comments left here that the drug is at least partially reversible, but often not completely. I'd be fine with that if I do decide to stop.

Please understand that for most people, 6 months of Androcur use is the usually period when changes to the body start to become irreversible. Every person's body reacts differently, but that's the general believe. For me, after about 4 months of Androcur, and then stopped, I never recovered full vitality, and erections though achievable were no longer strong enough for penetration. Later I decided to go for permanent chemical castration, and achieved it after on-and-off use for 4 years.

If you are just testing out about castration, I'd say try stop and go tests for shorter periods of time. The effects are actually somewhat accumulative, as each time I took a break from Androcur, it took longer to recover, and after a few months of use, the recovery was never complete.

I've started my second trial on Androcur 2 1/2 weeks ago, but only allowed about 5 weeks to recover in between. Recovery probably wasn't finished so I don't know if part of it was reversible. I just couldn't stand the return of testosterone. For me, testosterone was such a negative factor that I can't imagine that I wouldn't be happy castrated.

After several new measurements, my testicles have resumed shrinking. Both are just a little over 50% of their original volume. It's even more certain that their size had begun to increase during the 5 weeks I was off Androcur. I've always been a pretty nice guy, but my wife has noticed that I've gotten even nicer since my T dropped.

I think shrinking is not really important. To take daily androcur for a while is necessary. It works fine and with less side effect. To check blood, health is a must. The daily amount, it's different. Some need more, some less. I am sure you feel better without drive. My mind.
