Hey, long time since we ve heard from you !
Thanks for continuing and updating your post on your two surgeries ?
How are you ?
Now that you re an expert on living with one ball and you can compare sex circumcised versus uncircumcised, how have both surgeries worked out for you ? Has one ball kept you just as masculine, virile, and horny as two balls ? How is your pleasure and sensations during sex being circumcised versus when you were uncircumcised ? Did you keep your frenulum after your circumcision ? And were you cut high n tight or low and loose in your circumcision ? Is sex, with you top man fucking, better being cut or uncut ? How about which feels better for jacking off and oral sex ?
How has sex been with one ball ? Have you been pain free ? Have your orgasms and ejaculations stayed the same or changed with one ball ? How about the pleasures in your ball and sack ?
So, what is motivating you to want to give up your last ball and your bag ? Did you start getting pain in your right testicle ? Or have you been so happy missing one gonad that you want to get completely castrated and give up your bag ?
Man, do I ask way too many questions. Yes ! But I m just thinking of which questions most men thinking of getting castrated or circumcised would want to ask you and hear answers from you. Think of me as the loud mouth guy asking these questions for all of the men too polite to ask you themselves or who will read this post in the future.
Thanks ! Great of you to add to your posts on here. That helps men hear how those surgeries went for you long term and it you re pleased with your outcomes.

How has sex been with one ball ?
Interesting thought.... Maybe one would tend to keel over to the intact side?
Happily not able to find out for myself....

Hahaha, I m sure gravity does a good job of centering a single ball hanging down in a very flexible sack.
My question is more about how it might affect pleasure levels since some men get a lot of intense pleasures from their testicles and from feeling their orgasm building and then surging through the tubes and cords between each gonad and the end of their penis at orgasm and ejaculation.
Also how it affects sex drive, recovery time after each ejaculation, in terms of the time needed after each orgasm until the man reloads, erects again, and can start his next build toward orgasm and ejaculation ?
The reading I ve done says a single testicle can grow larger and start doing the work of two testicles if his brother is lost. The testosterone and sperm production is supposed to increase in the remaining testicle to equal the same output as two testicles would make. This can result in some very large and highly productive solo balls in some men. I m wondering if Wantolosethem has experienced these things ? And if his testosterone levels and semen output have changed or not ? Lots of worthwhile questions.
After all, how many times does any man use his testicles for impregnating in his entire lifetime, versus how many times he uses his testicles for sexual pleasures, sex drive, and the masculinization of his body ?

My younger brother lost one of his balls to it not descending when he was a child. He developed the same as the rest the brothers, has two kids. His solo ball is huge, like a billiard ball! My other brother damaged his nuts badly in a bicycle accident. Has never had children but has a high sex drive. I've read that the body trying to repair the damage develops antibodies to the sperm, causing sterility. Me, having no nuts means between the 3 of us we have 3 balls. LOL. For me it was well worth getting rid of the sack. I like the empty space there.

I'm glad it never affected me. I always had two working balls until June, 2000. I produced 3 kids (identical boys) when I was 19. Never tried for any more. All things considered, I wasn't ready to be a dad - I was too damned busy with graduate school. It is nice to be in contact with them now, and I have 1 grandson. Love it.

Both have been just fine. I've adjusted well to both surgeries being done. The circumcision took almost longer to recover from than the orchiectomy did. The surgeon gave me a fairly "low" and fairly "tight" cut, the surgeon removed the frenulum as well. Mastrubation just takes longer and I need lube, otehrwise there's not too much difference. I prefer masturbating now than when I was uncut oddly enough. I am usually a bottom, so there hasn't been much difference in sex before and after.
Sex with one ball is basically the same. It just lives in the middle now than to one side.
So the whole reason i'm looking at having the remaning one taken is that I'm starting to have some discomfort that was like I had early on with the left side. But the bigger thing was that after having the one taken out i began to feel that the one left felt "out of place." I don't want to deal with the discomfort again, and honestly would just like to be rid of it. At this point i would like to be completely castrated, and since there would be no testicles, there is no need for a scrotum. (the smooth look under the penis I also think is very nice looking.)

Sorry to hesr your last ball is starting to give you problems. Maybe try wearing jockstraps as your daily underwear for every day to hold him up, and heat packs on your last gonad to see if that helps support him and relieve your discomfort.
Thanks for answering all of those questions. Your man meat has been through a lot of surgery. Glad to hear you healed up so well, stayed virile, and your sex enjoyment has remained high. Hopefully you will get similar results by using artificial testosterone if you do end up losing your last ball some day. Congrats on joining the uniball fraternity and the circumcised men s ranks and to welcoming the results !
Enjoy your last gonad to the max ! And please keep us posted with future updates as you do !
Thanks.

I had the right one removed and my scrotum removed at the same time this summer. It was a rough healing, but not as bad as the first one. I feel great now though. Started HRT, and no loss in anything. i just wish when i had the first one done i had it all taken care of. So glad it is done. Glad to be castrated, and glad to be circumcised.

Hey, great to hear from you. Thanks for the update and letting us know how you are doing. It sounds like you are relieved to be done with the pain and all of that surgery. And it sounds like the HRT is working perfect for you. Glad you came out of this so well and virile and happy.
As a man circumcised as a newborn, I m always grateful to hear men who enjoy sex and jacking off as much or more after being circed as before they were circed ! Let s us men who never got to choose or compare being circumcised versus uncircumcised feel a lot better about our forced circumcisions.
It sounds like your balls were healthy your whole life until after your vasectomy. I m betting that s what caused your ball pains and problems, especially since both of your balls ended up with major problems. A small percentage of men end up with major problems after getting vasectomies. Drs need to warn men far better than they do, that it might lead to needing a full castration for some men. Sorry you turned out to be one of those men. Getting castrated right away, instead of a vasectomy, would have saved you a lot of pain and suffering.
Now you have the surest form of male birth control known to man. And successful HRT to keep you sexually virile, fully masculine, and healthy. Your experience proves that castration is a better form of voluntary male contraception for some men than getting vasectomies. If only the drs could figure out which men will have major damage and problems from vasectomies and offer them castrations or warn them to avoid vasectomies. And let the men choose before their balls have problems.
After everything that you ve been through, do you have any idea why your balls reacted so painfully to your vasectomy ? Did you have a vasectomy method closed on both sides of where your vas deferens tubes were cut and blocked ? Or did the dr give you an open ended vasectomy with the penis side of your cut vas deferens tubes closed, and the testicle side of your cut vas deferens tubes were intentionally left open to drain your daily sperm production into your scrotum to avoid the trapped sperm building up pressure inside the balls and blowing out the epididymis over time ? I m wondering if an open ended vasectomy might have saved your balls ?
Some men s balls get attacked by their own immune system after injury or a vasectomy breaches the man s natural barrier between his immune system and his sperm and sperm production cells in his testicles. Since our sperm and sperm production cells lack our full genetic data, our immune systems can react to our sperm and sperm production cells as foreign invader cells and attack and destroy them over time. This normally happens after a man has been sterilized for enough years that a vasectomy reversal would no longer be likely to restore his healthy sperm production, even after his vas deferens tubes have been fully reconnected and open to transport sperm again. After enough years of a breached barrier, his immune system destroys his sperm production cells enough to permanently impair his fertility.
Looking back, can you guess if it was trapped sperm build up inside your testicles that caused your pain ? Or if it was your immune system attacking your sperm and sperm production cells in your balls ? Or both ?
Its good to hear you have defeated your gonad pains and are enjoying being a full eunuch with virility and masculinity ! If only all ball problems could turn out so well for men.
How do people react to you being a gelded man with no scrotum ? Do you get many reactions or feedback ?
Again, thanks for answering so many questions for me.
As a man with ball damage from testicular torsions, I m facing many similar issues with my balls.
