Another update: Had what I thought was a stomach ache this afternoon, but then i realised my balls were pulled up tight inside me and that was the cause of the pain. A hot shower kinda fixed that. Not sure if it was related to the pills or not.

Longer and 2 pills per day should help. One pill is enough for me, but if I use it longer, I also need two of them.
