Long term heat test entry: added saw tooth palmetto to the test about two weeks ago. sex drive is gone. I am experiencing a little breast development. am also experiencing a fuller range of emotion. The palmetto dosage is at 900mg three times a day. I have gained almost two inches in bust measurement. my blood pressure is up just a bit. I don't know it its from the saw palmetto, or the reaction from my family about coming out of the closet. At this rate, I won't be able to wear a tee shirt around my family

I was curious to know to what extent having my nuts perrminantly tucked over the last couple of years had on sperm count.

I have read that that it would be reduced to some extent due to the higher temperatures involved.

To satisfy my curiosity (And maybe some members who are following this thread) I decided to do a home test using a dedicated kit for male fertility.

The results was an abnormaly very low count of less than 5million/ml to a count of zero (Azoospermia).

A normal count would be in the area or 20million/ml or greater.

So in my case I guess I'm either sterile or pretty close to it.

I did experience a hot flash last week but i put this down to a strong coffee that was given me.

I haven't had any of the other effects that low T can bring.

Anyway this hasn't put me off it's just confirmed what I allready knew.

I added Saw palmetto to the test. I take 900mg three times a day. My bald spot disappeared and my receding hairline is marching forward. I am experiencing some breast development. I added fenugreek and marjoram this week. I am going to order a testosterone blood test with my MD doctor.

I thought about doing that for years but I never thought it would do much. Now that it appears to be effective I'm definitely giving it a try if the Cacl shots didn't work for me.👌

I did the 2nd male fertility test yesterday.Confirmed now firing blanks.

I also did suffer a hot flash (that may be due to somthing else) a while back and keeping an eye on things.

So going back to the original post there may be somthing in this.

If it was to prove effective its got to be a whole lot safer than injecting or banding.

24/7 heating experiment: Five months in. Testicles have shrunk to the size a ten year old's Ejaculate is almost clear. Gate keeper physician won't authorize a T level test. Still taking Saw palmetto. Still have sensitivity, but as for meaningful erections, that ship sailed three or four years ago when my blood pressure got high on Stratera for ADD. The low T is better than the Stratera for dealing with the ADD. I feel good and am doing better work than ever!

Over the T test have you thought about having a go with an online service that does this.

You simply do a needle prick on one finger and provide blood samples into two test tubes. Then mail them off.

The sample is then processed and the results sent back to you with recomendations.

Of course it isn't free but it will give you an indication as to where you are going.

I will probably go down that road if I think I am experiencing any more symptoms of low T.

I decided to go for one of those online T level blood tests after noticing a small drop in energy levels.

Also my balls have definately shrunk and are sitting a lot higher up.

The results came back as "Normal" however this result seemed a bit binary.

On closer inspection of the figures (11.6 nmol/L) it appears to be at the lower end of "Normal" BTW i'm 58 and like to keep in good shape so my age alone may put me on this lower level.

Hope this helps.
