You know you d ask that blond to do the final cuts for you as a str8 stud. The dr would do all the hard work and miss out on enjoying the best cutting parts himself ! But that blond nurse would sure enjoy unmanning you with the dr looking on happily.

I had a spinal block anesthesia for my castration. when my urologist recommended that my testicles should be removed because they were shrunken, not making any testosterone and my insurance would cover all the costs. My dominant wife agreed with him even before he finished his recommendation. He wanted to use a general anesthetic but I wanted to be awake as my male sexuality was removed. I told him that having my testes removed was much more personal than having an appendix or gall bladder removed so I wanted to experience it. It took a bit but he eventually agreed to use a spinal block anesthetic BUT would have the anesthesthetist ready for general if I caused any problems. I agreed to that and the spinal block was ideal.

That's the way I would want it done too
