Until now I have used one patch in four parts over the last four weeks and now reduced to 1/8 patch as I already have quite noticable breast tissue that even starts to jiggle a bit and quite tender and bigger nipples - just from one patch without adding any AAs!!! If it goes on like that after just one pack of patches (8 pieces) I might have an hourglass figure.
Is this result common if one has low T or am I very sensitive to E?
I really like the feeling of my nipples and breast tissue - however - as I laid out in other threads - I do not intend to transition but to maintain a low dose for health risks. I don't care the Feeling of breast and nipples and maybe a Little tush - however I have to present as a male in my Job, so if things proceed like this hiding soon might be hard to do.
Kind regards, Joe
Hi Joe, I have used herbal estrogen and felt in the beginning a flat round disc shaped tissue about 2,5 cm diameter under my much smaller nipples. After some weeks my nipples got much thicker and quiet sore. The breast tissue was tingling. After a while these symptoms seemed to disappear and my very flat breasts were growing very slowly and from time to time I felt the tingling in my "breasts" again. I must say that I have rather low T level, once far below the natural level for my age. I did not took the herbal estrogen as a "chemical/herbal" castration, but while already as a boy wanted to have little breasts.
Friendly regards, Peter

I've started up on climera (half a 50 patch changed weekly). This is my third time on climera, the past two times I chickened out after around two weeks when my breasts started feeling different. I'm not looking to transition, mostly doing it for hot flashes, bone density, and just not ready to go on T after finally getting rid of it from my body. I'm thinking about adding progesterone this time, but I'm not clear as to what it will do. Wondering if it will reduce the chance of breast development while taking estrogen.

why doy you afraid to develop some breasts? trust me, unless you´re married, nobody will notice them. 10mg estradiol enanthate every two weeks for 10 months and I´ve just had some gentle breast growth, I need to wear 2 shirts to disimulate . they only will grow noticeably in full-transition dosage and even so, depend on your genetics , many need implants.

I'm trying to be careful right now because I have a kid. Also my wife has been great and I don't want to make her concerned. I've told her
but if I start developing breasts she might start to be concerned about my intentions.

Hi Hopper44 - half a 50 mcg patch seems to be the same dosage as my 1/4 100 mcg patch - however from your posts here in this forum I have seen that you had an orchie, so you T must be quite down. So the E might have more effect on you.
I seem to have a very low T without Orchie and my Testicles according to the Urologist are fine.

Yes, my T level is at around 36 at this point (on the scale where normal is between 400-700). I just put on some progesterone cream for the first time. I'm feeling pretty good at this point with the estrogen, but I'm not sure how long I'll continue on it.

I was castrated 150 days ago. I began low dose estrogen (estradiol sublingual tablets) before the orchiectomy. Doctor originally suggested 2mg per day, and I balked a bit, so she said start with 1mg per day and increase if I wanted to in two weeks. Sure enough, I wanted to do so. Definitely liking the effects---enough that two weeks ago, I contacted my doctor and asked about moving to 3mg---still "low dose" but a little more effect. She said to go ahead, and scheduled a follow up that I'll be attending tomorrow. Just in these two weeks, I've noticed a definite bump upward in my libido by shifting from 2mg/day to 3mg/day. Everybody's results vary though, and I'm a big person, so that will influence the dosage and results. I have absolutely no desire to return to testosterone.

Actually adding progesterone will have the opposite effect. Progesterone will normally enhance breast development when added to E.

That makes sense, but I've seen sites that indicate that progesterone can be used to combat gynecomastia. Perhaps that's only if one's not taking E. Still trying to figure this all out.

Wondering how you got your urologist to prescribe E. Did you just ask about it and she agreed?
