Strenuous regular workouts and a healthy diet will control one's weight. Add a significant amount of TRT to bring oneself to the level of a normal 20-year-old, as I have, increases metabolism, strength, muscle mass, stamina and one's ability to have a younger physique, as well as to perform sexually like that of a young man, but without, perhaps, the sexual hangups that one might have when first learning about sex..

I suspect that life is unjust. My partner said I was a fat lazy SOB before castration. The opinion is no better now, but at least I'm happier, if not slimmer, no bigger dick and not smaller boobs.
