For me a part of the appeal is practical as well. I don't have strong BIID that I know some other male-to-eunuch people have and I'm not sure I would want to give up genital stimulation and the pleasure that comes with that. Everything (which isn't much) I've read says that (especially when the person is on testosterone) genital stimulation actually increases after penile inversion surgery. The idea of being able to be fucked two different ways and being able to orgasm from being fucked two different ways is highly appealing. As a gay male and predominantly a bottom there's nothing about that I don't like.

I understand the desire to have a vagina and having male hrt. I don't have sexual desires about it. I read the thread on biid, but I don't think I fully understand it. On one hand I match what is being discribed, but on the other hand it's so broad in scope. I wonder if anyone can find they fit that catagory. I had never concidered genital dysphoria. I thought I had to fit the gender dysphoria catagory.

I want a hole but not necessarily a vagina. I would prefer nullo with an extra hole. Not trying to emulate a woman, but want more penetration options and nerve ending stimulation options. I want to learn more about possible options before I decide on nullo only. I see no problem in getting therapists to recommend this if needed. Would consider vaginaplasty as that is still a better option than what I have. I am at an age where I don't want to go much longer with out some major mods. Anybody know of any options as eventually there will be options as we educate the medical community.
