No, so it's 15 women and 15 men. At your age it probably looks like the 15 women are after the same 5 men. It's probably more like 5 or 10 of them but it's the 5 or 10 you notice. Once they start pairing off it will be 5 women and 5 men. Suddenly it doesn't seem so impossible. All of those 15 men will end up with someone provided they want to be and they don't do something bonkers like castrate themselves because they think they can't get laid.

I have seen about the same male/female ratio on computer science and telecommunication specialities in the university. But then, there were humanitarians with exactly reversed ratio.
