One of the reasons high proof alcohol works is that it won't support bacterial or microbial or viral life. Alcohol is deadly to germs and such...

Calcium Chloride in powder form in a chemistry set might contain contaminants like heavy metals or simple germs. There's no way to make it sterile to inject. And if you mix it with TAP WATER you are asking for a bad infection. Tap Water contains all sorts of impurities that the stomach doesn't pass into the blood stream.

Even distilled water might not be sterile enough because it wasn't made for the purpose of injecting into the body.

Be SURE you get solution that is free of trace metals and free of other biological material.

Better yet, get a solution that is intended for medical use and is sold and marked as sterile.

You know than to make a solution for injection - clean, and more cleaning. If a person is not careful it's their fault. As far as the purity it all is reagent grade from bulk supplies no heavy metals or other stuff. Now if it has been opened or used all bets are off.

Like I said, If the person thinks their a victim that is their problem, for taking the risk

Oh god, done. I'm soo glad that's over with, seriously X_X

I'll post about what happens. Not much else to say. If you don't believe me, I could take a picture of the syringes and calcium chloride if you like, not that it'd serve as much proof!

EDIT: Thought I'd clarify, it was the inserting of the needle that hurt. Injecting the fluid didn't, and it ached badly for about 60 seconds after removing the needle, and it aches a little now.

Something, hope it goes well for you and it also works for you. Please keep us all posted as I think there are many of us hoping it works so we can try the same. xxx

What's the pain scale 1-10? If 7-10 I would go to the ER. Injecting vodka is a major risk but this stuff, I doubt this stuff is injectable........guys we can't just go on injecting anything.......its like saying oh apple juice let me put this in a syringe and see how it goes. I commend you for your bravery something but idk I hope everything goes well and that pain stops.

It was about an eight, now it's more like a two.

Knightbird, while it is good to be cautious, calcium chloride is very medically safe assuming it is pure and sterile. It is even sold to be injected directly into the blood and is listed as a common drug, for example see: http://www.rxlist.com/calcium-chloride-drug.htm. It is also considered entirely non-toxic as a food (although like anything you could take too much, or take a concentration that irritates), and is purposefully added to sports drinks, cheese and pickles. Of course something you can eat isn't always safe to inject, but as I mentioned it is used also as an injection.

So the suggestion is not at all a random idea like injecting "apple juice". It is a well-researched compound.

I'm not saying anyone should do this; however, I really am hoping to find a very effective way for self-castration since people are already doing all sorts of bad things to themselves. Honestly, repeatedly injecting alcohol which not only doesn't really work but also damages the testicles so that you can't easily get surgical castration later, it is time for people to give up on the alcohol injection idea.

The reports indicate likely tenderness for the first three days. I'm sure that will feel like a long time, but sounds like you're already on day 2. The thing with pain levels is that different people experience it differently. As a person who regularly pays women to step on his testicles, for me tenderness isn't even what I would call pain, however, I understand that you don't generally relish such sensations so hang in there.

The main thing overall with this method is patience. Whatever you do, don't inject more (or anything else) until you've gone past at least the six week mark to determine if this actually worked for you. If you review the video with the dogs, the testicles were still apparent on day 15 and things like testosterone drop and small testicles were only notices after week four. It looks like experimentally they held off until either 45 or even 60 days for comparing the permanent results.

How do you feel mentally? Does it feel good knowing that you might be acheiving your goal? Or do you regret it already? Or do you just feel weird? In the end, assuming that physically you're safe the real goal of castration ultimately is some mental peace, so I hope this leads there for you. Keep us posted.

I don't think I have seen it mentioned in this thread, but one of the vet reports mentions diluting the calcium chloride with 95% ethanol (aka Everclear!).
