In surgery for a staph infection that had spread through my lower abdomen through thighs my penis was severely mutilated and I was left with not much of a penis with very little nervous feeling. Afterwards the doctor took pride in telling me that he originally felt my testicles would have needed to be removed but he saved them.

It has been a life of Hell with full passions and drive with no way to really relieve myself or enjoy a full relationship (I am hetero) with a woman. Had I a choice I would never choose a penectomy withou being castrated as well.
