Sorry to disapoint you. This picture is a photo manip, I know because I made it. It was posted at Slammers site along with a lot of others. I often cut and paste bits of photo in free circulation on the net to make these up so I cannot tell you were all the bits came from. post is on page linked below post number 328 .
