I would guess that the disparity rests with the amount of testosterone produced by the adrenal glands. Some probably produce more than others, enabling some eunuchs who do not take TRT to still have erections and orgasms.

As for your comment about true eunuch, if your balls are gone, you are one, the fact that some of us take TRT is neither here nor there and does nothing to take away from our ball less status. I suggest that is might be wise to back off on comments like your oneballboi as this could stir up a storm of controversy.

False, Erections are not essential for getting orgasm, at least not for me, I have had orgasms with no erections at all.

I use TRT and, although I can and do get daily erections, orgasm and enjoy sex immensely, I would add that even with TRT, the desire for sex is less than when I was was intact and I have more control over my sexual urges now.

I was surgically castrated 2.5 years ago (April 2013) and inject 0.8 ml/200mg testosterone each week since (and for about a year prior).

My penis takes longer to get erections now and I don't get hard enough for penetrative sex unless I take meds (I inject tri-mix for this). Usually I just get semi-hard, then little stiffer right before I ejaculate, then my boner immediately disappears.

I do have orgasms and can still cum but the volume of ejaculate is reduced and is not as thick as before with the sperm in it. Not sure whether some of these conditions are due to age or entirely related to getting castrated. I'm 53 now.

So what does that make me an untrue eunuch because I take testosterone, last time I had a feel down there, this morning as it happens my balls were still gone,and my sac was still empty. When I stop taking it which I have done on occasion,I don't feel any more of a eunuch, certainly not a "true eunuch" than when I do take it, in my book a eunuch is eunuch just as an empty sac is an empty sac. You are just a eunuch who has decided not to take testosterone and I am one who does.

My point is, if you want to become a Eunuch then why take HRT to replace what you wanted to be without. And most of the administrators here are taking HRT. If you are a Eunuch, why take HRT..

Very simply because all of us want to lose our balls for different reasons, not all of us to go totally TRT free. I wanted to get rid of mine due to ongoing pain as a result of a post vasectomy infection. I wanted them gone, but still wanted to be able to function as a man. I am sure there are many other motivations for the surgery and for taking TRT. You should not take such a narrow view to this as you do and accept that many of us want to lose our balls for many differing reasons.

You reason is not the only valid viewpoint and you should be more accepting of the motivations of others and be more open to asking questions rather than expressing condemnation towards those of us who do into fit with your narrow field of view on the subject.

I can only speak for myself, which was to have a better grasp over my libido, without experiencing the negative health effects from having too little testosterone. TRT doesn't have the same affect as does natural testosterone. I rarely think about sex at all now, except when i am with a woman, and I still enjoy the intimacy of having sex with her. So now I am able to have a pronounced control of my sexuality, while also having a healthy lifestyle and still enjoy sex. That's why I use TRT as a Eunuch.

Like micdavi24 said we are all eunuchs for different reasons, because we do things differently doesn't make us any less or more of a "true eunuch" than anyone else, once they are gone they are gone. I love being sexual and a man who still enjoys having a hard penis and the ability to enjoy that penis and to be able to reach orgasm when I choose to do it, every day as it happens, I just didn't want testicles below it.

I also don't want to spend my days feeling depressed, anxious, lacking in energy and nonsexual also fat, all the things that happen when I don't take it. I don't judge others for their eunuch journey and choices and neither should you.

Not all non T eunuchs are depressed and anxious. I am not lacking in energy working my two jobs over three shifts and walking a beagle for several hours a day. Oh and "also fat" sounds a little judgey. OBB I am sure, having met him, meant no offense. Maybe if he called himself an original eunuch such as the ones who were castrated long before HRT was available. I was castrated to rid myself of T while having no dislike of my testicles. Their presence never bothered me and I enjoyed a little squeeze and pain. Now I am free of T and the driving force to fulfill fantasies is a relief. After all these years I live between male and female and can understand both but feel like neither. I am a third gender in the binary scheme of things.

While we are all on a path together our motivations are different. We identify differently on our paths. Some of us wanted to rid our lives of T and others wanted to rid themselves of the physical items hanging between our legs. I guess if we speak clumsily we will remember that we are on the same path albeit for different reasons but we support each other.
