OK, I was joking around all along, about the Italian Transsexuals, then "IT" became "Inuit Transsexuals" and I guess I really have too much time on my hands because I put "Inuit Transsexuals" into a search... and OH MY GAWD there really are (or were) "Inuit Transsexuals!"
