Thanks Mr.T for posting that here. I guess after my Urology appointment I am back to square one. God I feel really shitty and depressed today. The urologist suggested that I take Ibuprofen in large amounts for six weeks. I was suposto be going in to talk about a Orchectomy or at least a denurvation. and then it blows my mind that the doctor just sat there and was like well if the nerve block didn't work for you then there is no surgery to help and just take Ibuprofen.
I dont know what to do any more. I am trying to get disability. I have a hard time at work with my messily 8-15 hours a week. I will be forced to live with this pain the rest of my life. That scares the hell out of me.
I see my primary care doctor. He is really awesome. he wanted to secdual a visit to talk about the urology appointment. I will be able to tell him my feelings. I am thinking of having all my tests redone again to dubble check things.
I have had these done
Urinalisis
STD testing
Seminalisis
Semen Infection
Ultrasound
CT scan for kidney stones
Prostate exam
I am thinking of having a Expressed Prostatic Secretions done as well. I just dont know what to do. I feel so depressed at the molment and I just want my life back.
I would have posted this in the Orchialgia yahoo group but I got kicked off because I got a email virus... * grumbles* I hope they let me back on.

Sorry to hear this.. maybe you could go to Mexico... although they do not do castration on demand down there, they might be more sympathetic to your misery...

Sorry to hear all this, but I'm surprised nobody here has asked the obvious question:
Do you wear boxers?
During the time I wore boxers, I had spontaneous twisting and torsion, got epidydimitis three times. For some reason, my nuts just hung low and caused all these problems which got worse over years.
Switching to briefs fixed all this in a month.
I realize you're pretty far down another path here, and maybe it's not relevant, but one would think this question should have come up sooner.

I wear a mixture of undies. I like jockstraps allot there pretty sex. When I am restoring with my DTR (
http://www.foreskinrestore.com/) I wear boxers. It has been two years probably since I have done any restoring. It makes me really sad to think about it. I had my pain before I started restoring.
It doesn't help eather way for me. Thanks for the suggestion.

So I got an ultrasound done. It came back normal. I am kinda revealed but I was really wanting them to find something. I guess I am at the fact of just having someone band me. I dont see any other option left.

Thanks guys. It will help allot. I tried that other injection and it didn't work. the doctors have pretty much went back to suggesting meds that are too expensive and acupuncture. The point is the ankle for nut pain and I am not really into the acupuncture thing. I am going to be talking with a friend down south who may take my nuts off, but I go to the doctors on monday, and I will let them know that I will be considering having them removed and ask for an EKG. a nurse friend of mine suggested to get that. so it is kinda down to the line. I will read through the Orchi group, but I am already a part of it.
Thanks again for all the help. I will keep updates here or any one can PM or IM me. I am almost always usually on.
I think that there is sometimes referred pain i.e. something else is hurting but the brain and perhaps the nerve wiring makes it feel like it is your testicles? epididymus? tunica vaginalis? vas deferens? seminal vesicles? even twisted cord? I note a reference above to back pain feeling that it was in the ball.
If this is the cayse of your pain taking the testicles would not releive it. I suppose that could be checked by injecting a local anaesthetic into the nuts and see if that telieves the pain. If it does you would then be reasonably sure that the orchiectomy would work but if not you would have to look for another source. I guess a good dr would have checked all of these things but some of them are not obvious and not all dr's are well versed in the bigger picture and some Dr's smarter than others so shopping around might be still an option. Something like the Mayo Clinic might also be worth considering.
Nerve blocks to me would seem to be worthwhile but don't know if having totally numb nuts would be any different from having them gone except that they would keep the natural testosterone level where it should be w/o supplemental injections.
Any way good luck with getting it resolved

Sigh my 6 years is now 7. Still have my nuts Still have my pain. Trying to get on disability. I ma getting very depressed, my pain is not getting better.
The University Of Washington Urology clinic is a dead end.
I am at least seeing a pain counselor at the pain clinic there so at least I have someone to talk to I will continue seeing him as long as I can.
I am trying my hardest to do this all legally with a medical professional.
I called back to the urology clinic I started at trying to see if the Dr would be willing to do the procedure. it sounded promising but I need 300 bucks before I can see him. I couldn't even afford the procedure. unless I can get DSHS to pay for it.
I am only making 150 a month ish and that is what I can manege with the pain.
Any help out there with DSHS or getting money for medical stuff for pore people.
I just cant take it any more.

Trama, Torsion, Infection, removed the left. The right has stitches & varicocele a lot of pain. Would be such a relief if it was removed but they won't. That would cause some other issues though. My Family is Jewish so... Being Asexual/Gay has not been cool.
Not sure how I would deal with feminisation. I have very little body hair and 125lbs so male virility is not a concern. Anyone tried Natural Progesterone, DHEA, or Keto7 for Osteoporosis, energy, & hot flashes. Don't want to be a girl but have never been nor will be manly. Being young & athletic I would like to keep as much as possible. Have never wanted testosterone & don't want to live the rest of my life like this.
