Briefs, thin ones cut like the old--I cannot think of the name of the swimwear. It looked good when I was young. I no longer worry about how it looks. I hate the heavy old briefs and I never liked boxers.

I wear g-strings. they fit perfect.

Size 6 thongs for me. Even when I had my balls they'd just stick up in their sockets of my abdomen and wouldn't be any bother for me at all. Most men have hair in their butt cracks though and I don't know how that would affect them as far comfort is concerned.

Not a big fan of thongs, although sometimes I will wear one under slacks.

Boxers - only if it's really cold and they are my flannel boxers.

Mostly panties, (bikini), and some chic boy short panties for under my judo suit...

I have a couple of male bikini briefs for any such time when I would need them, doctors visit etc..

I always wear panties. I have no other ubderwear.

I asked River once if he wore boxers or briefs...

...his reply?

He said, "Well,...depends..."

I finally got up the nerve to buy myself some panties. I am currently wearing. They came in white, pink, green, striped pink,white and little flowered.

I only wear panties, "Jockey for her Elancee" french-cut (high-leg) cotton. They fit great and feel good. Haven't had any male ones for over 10 years.
