Got a few drops of "hard rain"

I have not checked my rain jar but,

I believe it cleaned the air, made my

coastal redwood happier but nothing

measurable beyond auditory.

Nights seem colder although only

5 F

YES I turned up the heat

from 68F to 70F

Yesterday's predicted light rain at 11 turned into our first snow - really intermediate between snow and hail - with winds that at times shook the windows. Cool and breezy this am.

was a dry one.

It got into my hands and I knew I was not built for cold

no matter how over dressed I was.

The "cold" found its' way in

Moi 🚬

in the O C , California

where the desert meets the sea

For the last month, it has been nothing but rain, rain and more rain, my yard is a swamp, my lawn is 2.5 ft high, cant mow it because it is wet. I will be glad when winter comes and it stops raining.

That's a short meadow.... My lawn is over the roof of my van, though it is starting to die off and fall down.... I can't mow it safely, and we've been to cheap to hire a lawn service.... The pollinators and other critters love it though... I've seen a fox, deer, racoons, lots of wild turkeys and all sorts of other critters in it at different times - not bad for suburbia....

Jesus - how are you doing with the rains? Looks like N Calif is getting nailed.
