I haven't checked the link, but is this the castration and penectomy scene from "La Petit Mort (The Little Death)," performed by two women on a guy in a cage? If so, then it's the same clip that used to be on YouTube (survived for a long time, but now gone).

No, isn't from a "movie". It's real.

It shows african rebels which do "bloody" things with captured villians. So two of the victims will be castrated too.

There's a Romanian movie out called "Aferim!" Where a good looking gypsy slave gets castrated at the end of the movie. Not graphic, but quite realistic
