It saddens me to report that my amputated nipples have grown back...almost like a lizard's tail. Has this happened to anyone else?

Before I had my penectomy, I read somewhere (medical paper) that men who lost their penis', as in cancer, could achieve orgasm by rubbing the scar. I can confirm that the whole area on the pubic bone, where the penis and balls used to be, is extremely sensitive to the touch. Rubbing that area brings extremely intense pleasure.

Against my wishes, I think my doc built me a "clit"-like structure right where a clit should be. I was wondering why, after my 2nd op, there was a little hood-like flesh on the upper side of my urethra. As I healed, that little thing got to be very sensitive. Oddly enough, my doc did ask me on my second post-op follow-up if I could orgasm and I said "no, I don't want to". Always puzzled me why he asked that question. Now I think I know, and I will ask him about it at my next visit. Rubbing the actual "clit" is too sensitive and become uncomfortable after a short while, but caressing the area right against it makes me squirm with pleasure.

The point is...rubbing my pubic area as well as caressing the "clit"-area brings me darn close to orgasm. I know if I should increase my T levels to normal levels I'd be able to orgasm quicker than an intact man can.

I must also say that the feelings are truly amazing and totally different than the feelings of that of a penis, and much nicer. I cannot understand why women don't like sex if that is how it feels!

Can other nullos confirm this?

A few years back, I came across two fellas who went to Thailand (not together!) to get nulled - both happily it seems. One described an intense pleasure like he had not known before, starting from his nulled area and encompassing all of him. The other seemed content to be without any such arousal, in fact wanted to be free of it.

I suspect that the first was continuing HRT and the second was not. I don't know if that had anything to do with the pleasure, but Yoda's description seemed so similar.... Any thoughts?

I also want to be free from sexual arousal, but the more I amputate the more "pleasure" I experience. I am a spiritual man and I'm starting to believe the devil has something to do with it...hell, even my nipples grew back and are more sensitive than before.

I think after my gastric by-pass surgery, I'll stop T altogether. I'm only taking T now because I became extremely overweight, which should not be a problem after that operation.

It definitely sounds like your doc gave you a clitoris without your knowledge. Most likely during you 2nd op he hooded it for you to protect it so it was not so sensitive rubbing against your clothes. He probably thought you needed a way to orgasm so he gave you a clit. Since your clit is properly hooded now and is sensitive, if it don't bother you in everyday life, i wouldn't worry about it, but i definitely would ask the doc about it.

I am going to stop using T after my gastric bypass surgery. I started using T solely because I gained 50 kg. But using a low dose of T does boost my libido and sexual stimulus as well. I'm certain I did mention this before. :-\

So...no T after the OP.
