by the way, New Orleans is below the level of the Mississippi because the Army Corps of Engineers has forced it to follow a certain channel and the silt build up has actually raised the river necessitating the walls... Read up also on the Old River Control system that keep the Mississippi from changing course...

The party that is going to overtly or subliminally pump itself up over this film. No longer a film but, a series of digits.
