after a little Jogging on Friday my lefty swell up to the size of an apple....

I had the worst pain i ever felt....

Now I`m in hospital and i think they will do the surgical biopsy tomorrow...

Something is gone wrong....

The ultra sonic pictures showes abnormal tissues and a hematoma ....

I think I will leave this place castrated...

But not the way it was planned!

I`m medical well skilled... But something went wrong...

It`s still a dangerous way.

My testicle was still alittle bit swollen.... I thought a little jogging would not harm. But inside the swollen tissue a little blood vessle was ruptured by the movement.The fact did i used lidocaine wasn`t helping under this circumstances... Lidocain has a blood thinning effect!

Remember to do slow... very slow with a swollen testicle

I always wait until the previous swelling is totally gone before another dose -- about 7-10 days between. Remember to pull back on the plunger once in to check for blood. Not good nor effective to go into a blood vessle.

I have to thank Don and others on this site for advising me to take it slow. I never had any problems with pain or swelling as long as I left sufficient time between shots and was careful where and how I injected. I also didn't see the necessitiy to inject for than 1cc at a time. This is a very addictive process and I found myself always having to hold back to wait the full week until the next injection. Sometimes, at the beginning, I couldn't wait and shaved off a day or two and one of those times I didn't wait all that much and experienced a degree of discomfort for several days. I think that the alcohol takes some time to be fully effective and there is no reason to rush it. I woud say that it probably takes about two months or so from first starting the injections to start appreciating the results. For me, having been on Androcur for 1-1/2 years, it was an easy transition.

Castrating with well known chemical - ethyl alcohol injections, is that a chemical castration or surgical or something else?

Chemical castration.

They destroy a portion of their anatomy with a chemical poison.

And yes, alcohol injected into an organ and even an excess of alcohol absorbed by the blood is poisonous.

We are up to seven injections, now using 1.5 cc. It does work well and no problems when done right. I am lucky to have a guy who knows what he is doing.

It would be nice to know if you are experiencing any changes yet. Since I transitioned from Androcur to the injections, I didn't notice much change other than that many of the previous unwanted side effects started to subside the longer that I was off Androcur.

Had the seventh injection yesterday. It has been about three months of about weekly injections. This is now a month or so since I had an erection or ejaculated. It has been done right and slowly. Started with 1cc. and then went up to 1.5 a month ago. I started this as a man. No chem cast at all. Now my left testicle is much smaller and the right will hopefully catch up. It was going to be much more complicated, and frankly dangerous to be done any other way but surgical by a Physician. Since I was intact and functioning fine, that was not going to happen.

My boys had their 12th injection on the first of this month and it seemed that everything went well considering I injected 4cc's in the right and a little over 2 cc's in the left...no pain and no swelling until.....the next day! Holy Shit!! Both nuts swelled up and my nut sack was tight as a drum skin for a week but there was no discomfort other than a huge nut sack and 2 very large balls. My nut sack has returned to normal and both testicles are just about back to their normal size.....what the hell happened?

The key, as Nonames said, is to take it slow. Usually 1-2 cc in each is plenty. As with everything, each individual is different.
