Just an update...
It is now 7 days since I amputated my nipples. I was totally pain free but today I experienced some mild pain. Not too bad but just noticeable. I think it was the cold weather that made my areolas stiff and that in turn hurt the amputate sites. But now, at this moment I'm again pain free.
The small holes have not healed yet and they pretty much look the same as the pic I submitted a week ago. If I remember correctly, someone mentioned it takes a month to heal.

It is amazing how long it takes for those small nipple wounds to heal. It is about half way healed by now. It really takes long.
I must say that since my nipples are gone, my desire for orgasm is virtually non existent, so far at least. Since those nipple stimuli when I wear a shirt or whatever is gone, I do not get the urge for orgasm...and that while I am on HRT.
When I rub my areolas, there are no 'nice' feelings. It's like rubbing normal skin. Yet, even though I have no desire for orgasm, I still can orgasm without difficulty. So for those wondering if a nullo cam reach an orgasm, you can. At least in my case...and that after removing virtually all sexual stimuli.

It indeed took 30 days for my amputated nipple wounds to heal. I do feel some interesting new sensations when rubbing my areolas. It seems the nerves are rewiring it selves. I think that I will have my Plastic Surgeon remove all traces of my nipples.

Hi and sorry to interrupt Yoda's amazing blog ( I've been reading it for hours, just can't stop !) but I'm fascinated by Daifu's friend having had a nullo opp in Thailand. I have researched quite a few clinics there, as Thailand is close to Australia and quite cheap for travel/accommodation etc and they all say they'll only do SRS with the usual referrals, hormone treatments etc. I think I am like a lot of you on here in so far as I don't want to become a woman,just be a smooth nullo ! Can you or anyone point me in the direction of such a clinic ? While it may be cheaper to self mutilate and present at the ER, I would,far rather have the whole thing done in one go under medical supervision. Appreciate anyone's feedback.

There are clinics in India that will do this for you. I almost went there after they sent me a quote. Search Google. Good luck with you and your journey.

Thanks for that. I've already received two replies from Indian surgeons and while they are not saying yes quite yet, they're not saying no either ! So it looks like my journey may begin soon.

Another possible operation is in the pipeline for me. My Gastroenterologist referred me to a Specialist (apparently one of the best in South Africa) to perform a gastric bypass surgery on me. This should cure most of my ailments.
Then I see another operation next year...removing extra loose skin after shedding 30kg of fat.
I'm quite nervous about this, but my doctor told me that I would not live long in my current condition. So dying on the table (great way to die anyway) or living a few more years does not leave much of a choice.
