And the treatment is?
There are several places that can re-align it without surgery of any kind. Easy to look up on the internet but re-alignment really does work and really does eliminate the associated migraines and headaches caused by TMJ.

My jaw doesn't pop when I chew. The jaw itself never hurts. I never had this problem until the second crown was put in about three/four years ago.

TMJ can come on at any time (mine started in my early 20s), but this sounds more like a dental issue or a dental nerve issue. Regardless, might be worth a trip to the dentist to get a definitive answer.

I only play a doctor on TV.

I've known several dentists who perform this procedure. It's basically a 3 to 4 hour process at a dental office with the equipment. It involves removing the Jaws mechanical memory (this is done with a computer like devise ) and with the same device setting a new Jaw memory. I know, it sounds like hocus pokus but it really does work. just look in your local dental offices for TMJ therapy

Don't disturb the garlic and see if it comes back.

I trenched around my house a decade ago. There were tulips all around two sides of the house before. We dug 8 feet down, 4 feet wide trench, then backfilled everything.
I've had random tulips popping up periodically ever since. Sometimes late in the year; it took them that long to finally reach the surface!
I now usually get anywhere from 3 to 10 coming up, throughout the spring and summer, at different places.
I should do a lottery, like those places where they square off an area and you win if you pick the square the chicken poops on first.

Our sky dripped a bit today. It's still serious drought, but we actually saw water from the sky. The TV news weather-guesser said that we had 0.01 inches, but my guess is that it was closer to 0.001. The drops were large, but there were only random dots on the deck. The "storm" brought cooler weather. It was 66°F today. Tomorrow is supposed to hit 76°F, Monday somewhere in the mid-80s, then low 80s and 70s as far out as they're willing to guess. No more sky-water in the forecast.
The citrus (lemon, lime, & mandarin orange) are in bloom and setting fruit. The Asian pears are just starting to bloom, but they're first-year trees and I'd only let them set one or two fruit each.
