So I have an appointment with the doctor in March. I am very excited but I do have a question. Does he allow you to keep the testicles and if so is there any legal way to get them on a plane or mail them back home?

I had mine on 2/14/14 and he simply disposed of them. He asked if I wanted to see them, get picture(s), etc., and I declined - I had no desire to see them/keep them. However, he ended up showing them to me anyway and after he left the room, his assistant Sarah explained that some people feel the cords (I think that's what she said) and question whether or not both were removed so he shows them both to confirm they are gone.

For what it's worth, I was very happy with the way things went.

Dr. A removed mine in 2013 and he also asked me if I wanted to see them. I declined too, telling him that I didn't feel any need to see them. Like you he showed them to me anyway. I asked him what he was going to do with them and he replied that he would dispose of them. My desire was simply to have them gone. Call it eunuch calm or whatever you will but since they have been removed I have felt better than I can remember. I had wanted it for years but was unable get a Dr. to do it. I stumbled onto this site and found Dr. A's website and sent a message that very same day. As soon as he responded I made an appointment for 3 weeks out, only in order to make travel and lodging plans at lower rates or would have went asap, and never looked back. When I went his regular nurse was on vacation and a male nurse was assisting him and he was funny. He told me what nice balls I had. I would definitely recommend Dr. A to anyone who is serious about being castrated.

Yes, I believe it is now $3000. No you don't need a letter but you must sign papers.
