Ended up with about 10" in the drive, and anywhere from 6-8" in the yard. The wind did a real number of the drive. Of course, the snow plow did more harm than good with the end of the driveway, but it was soft snow, so the truck crushed it all very nicely once I got it fired up.

I read about "weather" but,
here in Orange County, coast, California
there is like same, same, and more of the same
I mean, tell me that ain't, same, same and more of the same
So Dry. Reservoirs are filling in the north.
Not too hot!
Not too cold!
Boring & dry.

Generally in life it seems to me that the memorable things are the extremes, both good, beautiful or bad and ugly. Otherwise, stuff blurs out looking back over the years. I went to college in LA in the late 60s, early 70s. You can just imagine it back then adding in a blanket of gray smog. At its worst you could only see a few blocks.

Has anyone heard from or of @Dave?
Seems like so much weatherfulness east of The O.C.
but no one is sharing from there.
Well @Paolo seems to have a chill
but, where is the incessant snow & power outage?
Even from Maine, previously known as Ernie.
Here, same as #3272 aboveward. Like north in a map

Dave telephones me about once per week. He's still bedridden and recovering, but doing well. He expects to be up and around soon. He reads on his cell phone, but prefers not to write on it, so he won't be contributing here until he's recovered.

I'm working on my cellphone and posting is difficult.
I'm only on the EA about once a week

Glad to see you're still around Dave-O. I was actually wondering about you, too.
