It seems that I'm having progressively less sexual stimulus 'down there' as I'm healing. I don't know whether I should laugh with joy, or cry!! I think those extremely pleasurable sensations I felt after my operation came from the phantom stump, which I don't feel anymore.

I know I don't want sexual pleasure and orgasm anymore, but as my phantom stump had such pleasurable sensations, I guess I was kind of looking forward to one final orgasm. Kind of like a smoker who wants to quit smoking but just wants one last cigarette; only to find the pack is empty.

Still...on to business.

Pain level is about 3/10. Going to see the doc tomorrow for my first follow-up.

I just came from a follow-up visit to my Plastic Surgeon. Everything looks ok except for one suture at the urethra that came loose. Nothing serious according to him. I must just continue to apply the antibiotic ointment to the area. I must see him again in 14 days.

I have almost zero percent sexual feeling down there. I wonder if it is due to the fact that my T levels might be too low? Pain is almost gone.

I take a little bit of T every Monday (1 CC). This amount also gives me some energy in the gym. It also makes me somewhat horny.

During my stay at the hospital, I did not inject any T. I only injected again three day ago.

So I was wondering if skipping one injection will cause my levels to drop so much that I do not feel horny at all. Even now I feel low libido.

Interesting. A while back, maybe here, there was a nullo on T who described increased excitement after being undicked. It became a whole-body experience. I guess we'll have to wait and see if this might have been true? Do tell!

Well guys...I think I am now incapable of reaching an orgasm. I am basically pain free now and tried everything short of prostate stimulation to reach an orgasm...but nothing. There is no more orgasmic flesh 'down there' to excite. The only 'flesh' I can still 'twitch' (with nipple stimulation) is the muscles that control urine flow. Doing this, release some fluid from the prostate but I'm not even close to orgasm.

The scary part of this is the realization that I have done something completely irreversible and permanent. The good part is that this is what I wanted all along. Orgasmic inability is many people's desire on this forum...I have truly achieved it. The good thing it doesn't bother me...so far.

I'll see what the nerves do as I heal more . All in all...I hope the status quo remains like this.

I inject Sustanon 250, 1ml every three weeks. Before I had the operation he really kept me busy, must have sensed his pending downfall. Since then, as you say there is no orgasmic flesh there at all. I am not complaining. I enjoy the women's underwear also. Completely different feel than men's. I had tried Slips/bikini but have now gone to boxer/hipster models. Biggest problem is trying to find the right size...As you say, no going back now. I added a couple more photos of 37days post op. Posted them yesterday, awaiting moderator to ok them. Take care.

Poor thing!

I must say that there are some nice feelings at the prostate level, specially if I work the sphincter muscles. The very tip of my urethra is also sending nice signals with nipple stimulation. I wonder if this is not the feeling women have when stimulated. My prostate area like a twitching vagina and my urethra tip like the clitoris? The feeling is very nice, just wonder if this could eventually lead to orgasm.

I have spoken to my partner and we came to an agreement that I should undergo a SRS operation...MtF! I am not really female by nature but I think this should be quite interesting. My Plastic Surgeon (who does these kinds of operations) actually asked me whether I would consider such a operation, but I declined. I think that I will go back to him and talk to him about it. There are some stuff I must do first (estrogen injections, living live a girl etc) before he will do the op in 2 years time. Wow! This is a sudden decision to say the least.
