If you study the anatomy of a testicle, you don't want to inject any alcohol into the epidymus- probably not spelled right either. I'm guessing that guys who have experienced some abdominal discomfort have managed to do this as this is the direct connection between the testicle and parts above the scrotum. I was/am always careful to avoid this as there is no sperm or testosterone producing function there so alcohol there won't be doing what you desire anyway. Keep the injections to the main body of the testicle and the Leydig cells where the testosterone is made. I never had any abdominal discomfort in doing well over 100 injections on myself.

That is quite a lot of injections (100). I was wondering over how long a period this was. Have you had a decrease in size of the testicles, or a decrease in erections or ejaculate if you still orgasm? Are you still injecting? Do you think any changes are now permanent? Thanks

Of course the changes were permanent. It was over maybe a 6 month period but I didn't keep any real records, just that I was well into my second box of 100 syringes and had used up about half of the liter of vodka with nothing wasted. No I am not injecting myself anymore. My testes became much smaller, very hard and numb and resided more in the top of my scrotum. This was discovered by my doctor during an annual physical and led to them being removed. It took some time, utrasounds, testosterone tests, biopsy, etc before my new urologist would remove them but when he did, my insurance paid for everything so I'd say my injections worked out even better than we had anticipated. I expected to only end up with non-functioning balls but now have none which seemed more like a fantasy goal when we started.

I suspected that this is what I did during my last, abortive injection even though I injected into the center of the testicle and opposite the epedidymus. I think that the needle went in too far into my now very small testicle. I felt nothing until I started to inject, then sharp pain.

pretty much the same experience here, except I had dyscomfort that lead to them being removed.

For those contributors who have already completed the alcohol injection process some time ago, it might be helpful to those of us who are currently undergoing it, or are contemplating doing it, to provide some feedback as to your longterm results and observations. For me, after three months of injections, I still have no sexual dreams nor the pressing desire to have sex, which was my original goal while I was on androcur previously, and remains so today.

The "twins" had their 11th injection today. Lefty struggled to take his but eventually he took the full 1-1/2cc. The "whore" the right didn't have any problems and I thought that I might reload and push another 1-1/2cc in him...I really hate this one and hope he dies soon!

I found it curious how much variance there was doing my injections. Sometimes, if was very difficult to get any vodka in, much less the entire 1 1/2 ml that I usually injected. But then at other times the first 1 1/2 ml went in so easily, I did empty the 3 ml syringe into that one and had to reload to do the other. I have no idea why that was but do understand.
