In the 50s F today. You know it spring when kids dressed in tanks and short pants are having a snow ball fight with the last batch of it on the ground.

It was 70F today in west central IN. I mulched myself into a stupor. Storms tonight, as with last night. Snorted up some kind of mold, dust, rot, or something in the leaves and mulch and dirt that's got my sinuses going and my throat mad at me. The closest contact I've had with anyone in a week was the neighbor boy, who was coming up the other neighbor's long drive from working on cutting a dead tree. Then one of the other neighbors came over. What part of "stay home" don't they understand? I swear everyone out there is trying to get me killed. My only chance is that things in my body are so bad that the virus will say "Oh hell no!" and leave.

Lots of rain last night with flash flood watch. Some places got over an inch of rain... And the ground is saturated.
Today, it's sunny and 72F and pleasant, a bit windy (maybe that should be lots windy)

Ah weekend rain. You know how the weather can be cyclical. When I was transferred from LA to Knoxville way back when, it was late winter. I swear for three months it started raining Friday afternoon or Saturday morning and ended Sunday night or Monday morning. Tennessee can be beautiful in the spring and it was - just as you started your weekly slog. When I got a new job in the low Arizona desert, it was kind of nice to hear a weather forecast in April: seasonally hot thru October.

Near 75F yesterday, 62 today, and maybe 60 tomorrow, then it cools off again with a high of 45. It's no wonder everyone's sick with something.

The low desert is a bloom with everything yellow. That means one thing - allergies. Great timing to have sniffles, sneezes, watery eyes.

Right now (9 am) it 71F. Today's hight is forecast at 93F with a high chance of very low flying snowbirds heading north on the highway. April 1 is coming and many of them rent through the end of March.
Tonight's low will be 64F. Which is fine as I'll both be asleep and save on the electrics bill.

Do you have so many snowbirds that hospitals have a wing they open or close with the seasons to meet demand changes?

We were supposed to get dumped on Thursday, then drizzeled on Friday and now it seems to be petering out to partly cloudy.
