Mac you need to watch those pills and not become dependent on them.

Naw, she only gave me a month's worth the first time too - 60 pills for one month

OK, you just be careful about taking drugs. I have found that diet can take the place of drugs and it tastes better.

It's been cooler here thank gawd. I'm still stuck with Shingles. Anybody know how long it's supposed to last. I think it has been about ten weeks so far.

Have you been prescribed any anti-virals? They do help. But shingles can be very persistent. work on getting stress levels down - that aggravates them.

As I understand them about a month, so 2.5 months is way over the time. See your doctor.

Three months would still be within the normal range. You should certainly be seeing your doctor about it, but you're only at the high end of normal....

I see my Dr on Monday. I'll ask her about Valtrex or other anti-vitals.

My doc gave me a five day supply, three a day, of Valtrex.
