I never realized just how bloody RAN (Chaos) was... Kurosawa certainly uses the red imagery to its best in depicting the horror of war. Plus, for those rather odd people who take delight in watching blood flow in movies -- Lady Kaede's death near the end of the movie has one of the hugest blood splatters in the entire movie industry.

I first heard "Dewey, Cheatum, and Howe" on CAR TALK, the PBS auto program with the announcers Tom and Ray (or Click and Clack the Tappet Brothers).

I only remember the Three Stooges from the hits and slapstick silliness. We had a tiny TV and weren't allowed to watch much of it.

a) One website I used to go to quite frequently started running lots of "autoplay" advertising. So I got Adblocker and surfing became easier. Now the same website had figured out how to put "autoplay" trial proceedings that can't be stopped and always load and play some other way. That website has lost me. It ain't worth the trouble. Apparently this version of Safari won't stop it.
