I love grits I grew up eating them. I always keep them in the pantry. I even like to put them in a pan to set up a cut it into squares and fry it and eat it with butter and syrup. Grits and shrimp are great also sharp cheddar cheese in them with lots of pepper are good. To make them creamy you have to use half water and half half and half also never use the quick grits they always turn out grainy. I'm a northerner too.

Snowed over the night and the roads had 3 inches on them and it was slippery I could only go 35 mph most of the way for my physical therapy this morning by 10:30 am they had cleaned up the road and they were wet I was able to go the posted speed limit then. Global warming has changed winters here dramatically.

Our forecast rain/snow went pffftttt just like in Moilandia. Lenticulars cover the sky as high winds aloft mark the system moving on and taking aim at the Mountaineer.

The warm front came through Saturday night in the IL/IN region, and just killed my sinuses! But it was sunny and 64F yesterday, overcast and 60 today with 53 for tomorrow. I'll take it!

The day after GroundHog day when Punxsutawney Phil didn't see his shadow,
Just south of Pittsburgh (About 80 miles away) it was 62F and sunny. I had windows open to get fresh air in the house.
So much for winter.
