Mac, you need to relax, take a deep breath and relax, change up your routine, take a walk but in a different direction, visit a pet store and say hello to a kitten.

Seeing my doctor helped. She renewed most of my meds and set me up for counseling a few days a day.

You need to learn how to relax. I know easier said then done however when your brain is going 90 and you want to sleep you must focus on one thing, concentrate on breathing - yes

Breath in,

Breath out,

Breath in,

you get the idea.

With practice and yes it takes practice over several nights but it does work.

Take care,

I've had trouble breathing all day. I'm going to try walk across the street to the hospital.

I'd call the ambulance but it is too confining and claustrophobic.

Today again I awoke with panic attacks. The ambulance was sympathetic and drove me to the closest hospital. The Doc there ordered blood tests, gave me a shot off Ativan and wrote me an Rx for 15 more.

The question I guess is why are you going to the ER on a daily basis? Why are you getting panic attacks, what is causing this? Maybe a yoga class is in order.

I know when the ER keeps seeing the same persons in day after day they start to turn off.

You need to find out what is causing this.
